Thought it was pretty obvious the price for this item is $6.99. The cashier refused and made sure the store has lost a customer forever. In retail long enough to know one poor customer experience equals to losing 10 more customers.

Having checked my recent receipts, I astonishingly noticed that this beauty store adding GST and PST for paper bag and PST for jelly.Please be sensitive for your fading business ethics, do your math and stop systematically stealing from customers without dignity!!!! I cannot believe this happened in Canada.PS: the jelly is food for human consumption in BC which is not applied for PST charge.

Be sure to check your receipt before leaving the store.After my second purchase from the store, this store has lost my trust as a consumer and their business ethic has bothered me enough to come back and post this comment after a week of thinking.As shown on the picture, listed price for the item is $19.99. And shown on my receipt, it was charged $20.99/unit (increase of 5%)Not to drag on the $1 difference. What got me upset was I picked up the receipt, prior leaving the store I notice the discrepancy (at that time I consider it was a discrepancy instead of a scam) and advised the cashier. I thought it would result in a simply apology and a refund of difference. Not the case. The cashier told me $19.99 is not the price for the item. It is $20.99 due to shipping cost ...etc, I replied politely, Thats ok

worse customer service ever. Not recommended at all.I was planning to buy a shampoo and the price was 8.99 which was on sale on June 2.The female cashier said the price was 12.99. 8.99 was the price yesterday, not today. It is your fault that you forgot to take the on sale price tag off. She apparently didn't like her job. Worse customer service ever and unprofessional. Don't come to this place.

I like this store as its tidy and got lots of good stuffs, the storemanager is very professional & friendly

Rude staff. Went up to ask the employee a question and she ignored me to look at her phone. It was like I was bothering her and she didn’t want to be there. If you want terrible customer service, come here.

The older lady is very not polite. I asked her what she recommends, she answered very rudely “I can’t do the recommendation everybody has their own taste”. That’s why you are there to provide your professional advice for each customer!
