Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Very disappointed with the services received by the staff, mainly Maisy I believe her name was. Created the reservation to rent a vehicle from the King street location in Fredericton from Friday until the following Tuesday. Contacted the location to arrange pick up and it was set up and arranged. Following this call I had to call again to find out the total to provide to my spouse and they informed me that they would not pick him up anymore because there are other customers who had priority and that there is no military rate for servicemen. I thought enterprise had the we'll pick you up" as one of the perks of using the company. The rep at the location was extremely rude and unwilling to help with arranging to get the vehicle

This was my friends and I's experience with Enterprise a few months ago (she was handling all the booking and pickup of the rental and I was helping with this trip for 9 youth).I was planning a trip and needed a van for Saturday. But then I thought it would be better to get it the night before so I had more time to pack and could leave earlier the next day on my trip. So I called to change the booking and the agent on the phone said it was all done and I could pick the car up at 6:30 on Friday (the day before my trip).So I went there at 6:30 on Friday to get the van only to find out that there are not open at 6:30 on Fridays. So that sucked

Really disappointed with their service. They didn't sign on the registration for the car, which is illegal in Canada. If you got caught by the police then you will get a ticket which will charge $175. But they tried to convince me that the cop never do that in Fredericton. We were planing to take road test by using their car. Because of the registration paper, we are refused by the road test. We asked them extended one extra day for free. A young man there said okay and he can only extend one day for free. But when we went back to return the car, they charged us the extra day and said they didn't allow we take road test by using their car. They didn't ask us what's the purpose of renting a car when we were going there on the first day. They just said they didn't allow us to use their car for road test when we returned the car which not even show on the rental agreement. Moreover, the rate of the extra day is even higher than the rate of previous day. If someone is going to rent their car, please bring something to record every sentence they said. Because they are such liars. Besides, the car's brake has some problems as well but not really a big deal. The service is worse.

When I called the toll free number to book a car, the call centre was terrible and off-putting. She was able to get me a car, however, and it was done efficiently enough.When I walked into the Enterprise office in Fredericton, the customer service was 100 times better! I was provided with very little paperwork, had all my questions answered and was even offered a cheaper, more gas-efficient vehicle.Upon my return, the staff went out of their way to make my trip more comfortable by offering to keep my bags for a few hours while I ran some errands before heading to my AirBnB for check-in. They even drive me there.Shea was extremely professional and made my car rental experience hassle-free.

The staff are so helpful and efficient. I've rented from them many times and it is always worry free. Thanks to Jackie, Colin and the others for helping us get a big enough vehicle this weekend. It was great. Lovely Dodge Durango. Can't wait to rent it again.

After a long trip across country with vehicle troubles, this enterprise and their staff were able to help us. They went above and beyond to help. Staff was friendly, understanding and accommodating.

I rented a vehicle online on the evening of November 12 and received confirmation that it would be ready to pick up at 11 am the next day, it was a 4 day rental from the King St location in Fredericton, NB. I live an hour from the pick up location so enlisted a friend to drive me in to pick it up. When we were about 20 minutes away I received a call telling me they had no vehicle available! Seriously? If you don’t have vehicles available then don’t make it appear that you do and have people booking for nothing!!
