One of the front desk receptionist was impatient and unfriendly. They cannot answer any questions and will transfer your call to other departments, the wait time it’s more than an hour.

i dont understand how in this day and age there isnt a way to schedule your tests and pay for them online. they only accept payment and registration via mail and walk in. the mail option is never reliable because i have had people send in main and it was not received or even acknowledged until 2-3 weeks later so the only option left is to take time off work and go in to register which just boggles the mind. please please update your system to be more user friendly!

What a third class policy of insurance council is that you cannot go to washroom during the exam. We 2 people have to leave the exam in between , answering the questions without reading, because the pressure of urine built in body. I think insurance council must rethink their policy decision & will rectify their mistake in future.

Horrible company is all I can say. Won’t pay for damages cause by one of there customers. My truck was parked when it got backed into. They keep telling me to go though my insurance. I shouldn’t have to use my insurance company. Really bad company.

I really enjoy speaking with the entire team and find everyone helpful. I especially love Nayibe's infectious and warm presence whenever I speak to her on the phone. This team is filled with a bunch of amazing professionals. Melissa was fantastic with her support this renewal season. I appreciate everyone on this team!

The admin lady that works there is terrible. One of those people that that goes out of their way to be rude. I feel bad for everyone that is forced to interact with her foul attitude. Human resources needs to address her behavior.

A fair and impartial governing body that seems to do a great job in weeding out the scamsters that have no business being in our business. I really like to see that some of these fines are, shall we say, stinging? I think people will start thinking twice before overriding bridge tolls, forging signatures, and the like.
