Le Capitole Hôtel

This is one of the finest hotels in Quebec City. I stayed in one of the more luxurious suites offering separate living room, bedroom with a wide panoramic view of the city. The hotel has a pool and a fine restaurant. The staff are professional trained. Highly recommend

We loved this hotel! Luxury and wonderful location. Step out of the hotel and you walk right into Old Quebec. Room was beautiful and comfortable. Staff were always friendly and helpful. Whatever is used to scent the lobby was absolutely wonderful (I need to know that scent, I want it for my home!!). Parking is tricky but use valet service which would make it much easier. Would 100% stay here again!

Location- from our stay in Quebec for more than a week, I think this hotel is really one of the best located - conveniently located to wander around the old city but easy to get to other areas too.Rooms - I'll preface this by saying that we had the Scenic Suite about 700 sq ft, i have no idea what the regular rooms are like, but staying just over a week, we wanted some space to spread out and accomodate our different waking and hours, and the suite over delivered. 3 TVs, two bathrooms, full size fridge and an in-room Illy coffee machine that you could actually use for a tasty cup in the morning.Bathrooms - My wife enjoyed having the master bathroom for her private use and the second bathroom was great for me too! We could get ready in the mornings or evenings out at the same time, a real time saver! The rooms are beautiful and the bathrooms more so - great showers with high pressure that you dont want to get out of, and high end products stocked in both bathrooms.Service - as nice as the rooms were, the service at this hotel was even better - tremendous! Very well run with professional , attentive and friendly staff. Our concierge Francine was super helpful gettng us bookings, some of them at special prices. All the front desk staff were courteous and helpful but one, a tall young man (who i wish i remembered his name) was excellent- professional and helpful on several occasions. Everyone made it very clear via their words and actions that they were there to please guests and make sure our stay was a great one - and they succeededCouple of tips - check out the indoor soaking pool and balcony on the 9th floor. Beautiful place to hang out even if you dont take a dip, and get some sun or view the sunset. Lots of comfy seating options.Also - the little Jac and Jill store around the corner at the bus stop has lots of the snacks and drinks you might want. And the gourmet shop up the street (carrefour) has a nice selection of meats , cheeses and baked goods for you to enjoy while you are on the 9th floor balcony

Location, the staff were great. And we chose this hotel for their hardwood floor because we have a toddler running around on barefoot. We still cleaned the floor with sweeper wet mop and it wasn't dirty. The bathroom was ample sized and very functional. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.Just on one note, the floor was very slippery around lobby so please be careful!

The service at the hotel was amazing - everyone was friendly and went above and beyond providing directions, making suggestions, and making sure our stay was comfortable. At the check in time they suggested that if we wanted to move to higher floor on Sunday they will make it happen.Lorine at the front desk was specially thoughtful and provided assistance with a smile. Thank you!!!

Excellent hotel in a great area. The hotel is walking distance to basically everything in Old Quebec City including great restaurants. The staff is very friendly and helpful and valet guys were great. Would definitely recommend.

It was very clean beautiful Hotel. The room was very specious the bed was very comfortable. The view was beautiful especially at night.We were allowed to check before 11am which NO Hotel in Toronto would do. The service was excellent we could not ask for anything more. The Front desk ladies were always with a smile, very courteous, friendly will go out of their way to make our stay memorable. Our return flight was late at night, the check out time was extended by 1 hour. They kept our baggage until we left to the Airport at 4 pm . The Room service, Cleaning crew, all were excellent ++++. The Office Manager Francine was very helpful, very friendly, always willing to answer our questions. We got our monies worth hope to stay in the same Hotel that provides exceptional services. Thank you dear friends for making our stay enjoyable and memorable. Hope to be back

Great hotel and location. Beautiful views from our room. Rooms are nice and comfortable. Lots of things near by. The concierge Louise is so kind and helpful with lots of fantastic recommendations.

LE CPAITOLE looks vintage on outside & very modern inside! The hotel, the, rooms, restaurants are immaculate, very clean. The staff; from the desk, concierge,the bell boys, housekeeping staff, Bartenders & restaurants are so friendly and made us feel right at home. The restaurants offer an adventure in Japanese cuisine & Italian. The Hotel is very close to everything, most times you can walk.we would definitely recommend Le Capitole & will say here again!

Beautiful hotel! Location is fantastic and puts you in walking distance to all the major sights. Hotel staff was amazing! The rooms are very nice and the overall decor is fantastic. Get the valet service as parking can be a challenge! Let them handle it!
