Mike Dolley Painting

Mike did the exterior of our 2 story plus wooden heritage house a couple of years ago.It was a fairly large job that was well executed, on time and on budget.He came highly recommended and did a terrific job. The work site was always clean and well organized. A pleasure to deal with; we would definetely use Mike again.

We were referred to Mike Dolley Painting from a local Facebook group. We were nervous as we were moving to the area and did not know anyone. Mike was AMAZING! He painted the ENTIRE house and was professional, punctual and reliable. He gave us amazing advice on the “type” of paint, and we are so happy we trusted him. We were amazed at how clean the process was….he left the house everyday looking like he was never there. The results were outstanding. The edging was perfect, the walls were patched and fixed like brand new. I cannot recommend Mike enough. Horrible job. Wanted money paid if full on a Friday afternoon before job was done. We were both at work and assumed job was complete. Came home to this. Then had to get him back three times to fix it. Looks horrible and mostly he stained over dirt or mold. I find it funny that all his reviews are good I find that hard to believe....Not professional at all. Staining is horrendous and patchy. His touch ups made it worse but glad to be done with him. Do not hire this guy. RUDE and tried to blame me for bad weather washing away his staining. PLEASE.He then handed me a bill for paint owed. WE held payment back till he touched up stairs again. I finally paid the bill in town and explained to paint store why we did not pay. They were shocked.No guarantee on decks he said. I would expect at least 1 week. Look at the pictures for yourself. Do your research and hire a professional. Our mistake for not asking for referrals or his work. When you pay a painter of 30 years you figure it will be done right... nope!

Mike did interior painting for us a few years ago and we were very impressed with the result, so he was our choice to paint our covered summer porch and steps plus garden fencing, as well as three outer doors. He is professional and easy to work with, always on time, impeccable in his work and he gives good value. We highly recommend Mike Dolley!

Mike Dolley painted our whole house interior. Basement, first floor and second floor. Ceilings, walls and trim. Nice straight lines and an extremely clean operation. He was also very accommodating with schedule and paint changes. Would definitely use him again. Thanks Mike.
