Banking here is a delight so many friendly people

I still don't recommend this bank because I've had to phone customer service every other day due to debit card issues. They keep locking me out of my account for no apparent reason. I guess they've labeled me. I'd like to know why but I get no answers. Very rude people at call center. You'd think it was their money the way they are so fraud paranoid and protective over the accounts. To the point of today. Once again I was locked out of account. Now they want me to go to the branch and get a new card. Did I mention that I am disabled? It's very hard for me to leave the house. I'm still trying to get used to this wheelchair. I was having a panic attack because I knew I would never make the bank on time. I called to see if I had any options or if I was going to starve till Tuesday! Kayla was a savior. She let me come in to the branch after hours and took care of all my needs. Thank you Kayla! I still don't like the bank but Kayla gets 5 stars.

Worst bank in Canada. No empathy. No risk takers work here. Been with the bank for over 13 years, and they won’t help you get ahead in life. If your own bank won’t take a risk on you because of your credit history or fall back protection others just may. We need more banks like TD and CIBC. Thanks for nothing Bank Of Montreal (maybe just stay in Montreal or open your locations in China and India?) Closing account very soon. 0 stars I wish could.. Staff is uptight on 8st location here in Saskatoon, they know how to grin very well under their masks. Hmmtsk.

Convenient location, large parking nearby. The bank is warm, clean, friendly staff and fast service. There is an ATM on site.

Wanted to switch an investment to BMO so had to talk to someone on the investor phone line to send papers to this BMO. Sat and waited while service reps ask me why I'm here and then just basically saying they couldn't help so they left me alone. Then I asked another male rep how this could be resolved. He told me to sit and wait to talk to the Branch manager. As I sit and wait (second time in the branch as I am a new customer) why is this so hard. After waiting for another 15 min as the branch manager walked around aimlessly, she grabbed her coat and left for lunch. So once again no one to help. So I went to the counter again and was dismissed by the gentlemen to a customer service rep I hadn't talked to yet. She problem solved and found the papers to sign them. Thanks Janelle or Jenna! I hope that manager re thinks why she is a manager because she did a terrible job as long with most her staff. My opinion would be to find another BMO then this one.

I’ve been banking here for 10 years. I also do my business banking here. They always get me into appointments swiftly.

Do you have mandarin service? I wanna book an appointment with staff who can speak Mandarin. Thanks
