Customer service is horrible, very rude staff in the evenings. Not a very welcoming environment. Need more cashiers in my opinion1 cashier with 2 registers.Especially when one guy just sits there and let’s the girl handle the rush.

Customer service is bad. Several people have stopped shopping there because of a cashier, Cally. She is very rude and disrespectful towards a lot of people. I'd never recommend this place unless that cashier is gone.

If you could give under a star I would. His place is a complete joke as a uhaul dealer. They have people who don’t know how to rent the uhaul, the employees have no idea how to even hook the trailer up. No one ever tells me how to return the trailer so I drop it where I picked it from ( as I’ve done at the park street uhaul numerous times) Then I get a call from some “Len” who get all made because I returned the trailer and he’s too blind to see it parked there I guess, decides it ok to lecture someone over the phone about how uhaul works blah blah blah.Maybe I should’ve been given receipts. He says oh well the man who rented it told you you would get emails. Ok well the dude should’ve told me where to park the trailer and how to return it too. He never told me anything. I’ll never go back to such a scuzzy place. Disgusted with the service all around.

The gas station portion amazing but the timmies portion is disgusting THREE DAYS AND 6 COFFEES ALL WRONG IVE DONE TIMMIES WORK ITS EASY SO YALL OBVIOUSLY NEED TO FIRE SOMEONE BECAUSE THEY ARE INCOMPETENT AND CANT MAKE A TRIPLE TRIPLE

Good people but disappointing have to spend 5 bucks to use debit I went there religiously everyday for 5 months and they just lost my sales everyday over not being able to sell me a 4 dollar bottle of water in 30 degree weather

Never go there if you need 91....Premium was 1.32 and the rest of the city was 1.10 .....kinda made me sick. Don't think ill go back unless its an emergency.

Really good service, has air for the tires and lower priced gas. And if you do a full tank they give you free coffee.

Don’t have to touch anything with full service.

The whole gang are dope
