Highly recommended. My husband went in to ask about a fridge part, the person working was professional, personable and spent time explaining how it worked. The employee could have upsold easily for something we didn't need. You don't see this in many companies nowadays. You've truly impressed us.

My fridge was on the fritz. Called these guys and an extremely friendly man was on the other end of the phone. He asked me a few questions about the fridge model and what was happening. He then told me how much it would cost to fix. A price higher than to buy new. He saved me a lot of money. He could have sent a technician to do a service call to tell me the same answer. Instead he was up front and honest over the phone. When I do need a repair I will call these folk in a heartbeat. So should you!

Sutton and sons saved us ! Bosch couldn’t even repair their own microwave. Shane the technician was tremendous to work with and explained in detail why our machine wasn’t working. Fixed the machine on a timely matter . Highly recommend.Thanks guys !

Just had a great experience with Sutton and Son. Our Bosch dishwasher was leaking from the sump. I called Sutton on Saturday. We talked about what could be wrong. I took a picture and they emailed back almost right away with the proposed solution, an accurate price for parts and labour, and an option within 2 days to have the service technician at my house. The technician called us first thing in the morning as promised and gave us a 2-hour window for his arrival. He arrived exactly when he said and was ready to go. He had the right parts and knew exactly what to do. I had previously watched the repair on YouTube. It looked like a major teardown was required, but the technician was an expert. He had the job done within an hour, and it was done perfectly. Efficient, professional, clean, completely dependable and expert! That's my experience dealing with Sutton. They will be my choice every time.

my dishwasher needed a repair. Broken Glass from wine glass got stuck in pump. Technician was awesome. Explained to use the pro setting, not normal. The units have sensors on inlet water temp, water drainage temp, water drainage clarity. Even a test to check if water purity is hard. Because I only used normal...my filter got greasy a glass broke...and drainage was slower than normal. The pump sensor would have alerted to this before the glass got sucked in. They have a great team.They told me the truth and I asked to change the part. They explained it wasn't necessary.Pro

Sutton and sons are an impressive company, from the point of initial contact to when the service person leaves your home. They responded courteously and promptly—within two days of having the problem. Mickey who repaired my fridge was knowledgeable, courteous, did the job quickly, charged me a fair price and gave me many insights as to why my fridge was behaving this way which was very useful. I would not hesitate to use the services of this company again. A great experience !

We called for an Ice maker repair. The staff were friendly and courteous! Graham was prompt and knowledgeable & gave us tips to make better use of our appliances and went above and beyond. Thank you!!!

Steve is great to work with. Professional and knowledgeable. Shane and Mike came out separate times to fix my fridge and both did a great job. Will use them again for any other repairs.

Excellent and prompt service by our technician Graham to repair our dryer. Graham initially diagnosed the issue on a Tuesday and was back by Friday with the replacement part and to complete the repair. Graham was prompt, professional and gave us some great tips to maintain our dryer. Thank you for the great service! Highly recommend!

From my initial phone call to the office where they reviewed my problem and gave me ideas and costs of what it could be to Shane coming and fixing my oven I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Efficient, reasonable and very professional and I won't hesitate to use Sutton and Son again.
