Excellent customer service! Trendy furniture but best of all they make custom furniture in a speedy manner for an affordable price. Save your money and show them a picture of desired furniture, they will make it in as little as 10 days and charge half of what Ikea/Structube charge. Highly recommended!

Excellent in one word. I had the experience of shopping from RS furniture about a month ago for a sofa for our new home. A friend and few of their family members had previously purchased from them before and had given really good feedback even after 2 years of use, so I went to check it out and after the purchase and use of over a month I am extremely satisfied. I dealt with Gaurav and he is truly a professional with excellent customer service, ensuring client satisfaction. I am not easy customer when it comes to buying and usually put up a lot demands, but Gaurav really stood up to it, at an excellent price. I had shopped around at other stores a lot before this to know that I am getting a good price and a good product.In short: I love the product, the design and quality is excellent. Their customer service was great and they delivered the custom sofa exactly as we had ordered, infact better than our expectations. We bought furnitures for our living room and bedroom. The experience was great. Raj was very helpful, accommodating and flexible. Gave us a great deal compared to other furniture stores and he was flexible when we decided to change the chairs to a different model. Product quality is really good too.Everything was delivered within a week. The delivery team carried everything to the apartment and set it up for us in less than 2 hours. I highly recommend visiting the store and when you do, ask for Raj, you will not be disappointed.

This is an amazing furniture store. The uncle inside is extremely polite, nice, and helpful. The furniture was amazing! We ordered furniture from here two times and they gave it at a great price. They were also willing to make the furniture custom to make it in the colour and style that you want. I would definitely recommend!
