I've been to this business many times and I can say that it is by far one of my favourite places to spent my time and money. The owner and her daughter are very friendly and wonderful people. The staff is absolutely amazing and helpful. I am a person of Asian decent and I have been treated poorly in some businesses due to our current pandemic situation, but the owner and her staff did not once say anything disrespectful to me. They were very welcoming and helped me find what I needed. They even helped me assemble my little gifts. I would recommend this wonderful store to anyone who is interested in beading and decor.

Strung Out On Beads
I've ordered twice so far from here and both times I was impressed. This is the only place in Canada I am reliably able to get TOHO beads in the colours I need. I recieved my orders very quickly (I'm in Alberta) and both times I recieved a small gift. I am definitely a repeat customer. With the quick shipping times, I was able to finish the red cap in time.On a side note: They are a little bit more expensive than the bigger online stores, but I will gladly pay it if it means I don't have to wait 2 weeks to a month (if they are not caught in customs) when ordering from the US. I believe the price is acceptable for being able to order from Canada.

Multiple times I have shopped here and every time the staff makes you feel like you’re intruding on their precious time. They bark orders and make you feel like you are not welcome. I don’t understand how they continue to stay in business when they are sooo unfriendly. I wish Abbotsford had another place to buy beads. I buy them now at Michael’s.

This is by far one of the friendliest and coziest stores I've ever been to. I go quite often and it's become one of my favorite small businesses. Every time I go, I'm welcomed with smiles and friendly faces. You can really feel the effort and passion they put into their work and excellent customer service. This isn't just a store, it's a community full of creativity and love.

Fantastic experience! I needed to restring a bracelet (sentimental value), but needed help gathering the bits I needed to do so. The owner took great care in helping me select what I needed and also gave me tips on the re-stringing process (Youtube videos to look up as well). My bracelet turned out perfectly, thanks to you! Highly recommend supporting this longstanding business!
