Mary Brown's Chicken
I’ve been coming to this location since it opened in late 2019 and the chicken and sandwiches here always tasted good. Recently I find the quality of the big Mary sandwiches has gone down slightly. But they are still amazing compared to other fast food fried chicken sandwiches and I still come here for their Monday special

Hands down the best location in Scarborough!The staff are extremely friendly, professional and efficient too!The food is always fresh, and portions are always better than fair, I find other Mary Brown’s locations are super cheap with their sides’ portions!I’ve been there twice in a 4 day span this week and I received the same excellent service each time, the moral is up and it shows really well!The manager at this location should be extra proud of his or hers staff!

The place was so packed and the waiting time was like an hour and a half, it’s understandable coz of National Fried Chicken Day. We ordered thru mobile app and we had to wait for an hour, they missed one item and we had to come back, not a big deal coz it was so busy coz of the promo.Food wise, it’s alright. Chicken tastes like a regular fried chicken, not too salty just a lil salty FOR ME, but well seasoned and cooked. We ordered the spicy and Honey chicken. Spicy was good, Honey taste like bbq chips haha. We also ordered gravy, it was a regular dark gravy.Would I comes back? Yes if there’s one close to my place. I actually prefer it over Popeyes or KFC.

Big thanks to Krisha for helping me out today. I have the MB app and Krisha showed me how to access specials using it. She was very patient with me as I fumbled with the app features. The food was delivered fast and it was tasty as usual. (Our family favourites are the chicken poppers, the taters, and the gravy!)

Honestly, I was a little bit disappointed with chicken here. I purchased the 9 piece feast which consists of 9 pieces of chicken, medium salad, medium gravy and medium tatters. I got half regular and half spicy chicken. Compared to other spicy chicken from competitors beginning with a P"

Made Fresh from Scratch" is definitely is how I described the "freshness" of the fried chicken. It was "CRISPY" and definitely "JUICIEST" fried chicken probably in my life! The staff were friendly but gave the customers the scripted line of "10-12" minutes. You have a huge line up because of "National Fried Chicken Day" with Two pieces of fried chicken and potato wedges for $4.99. I waited like 35 - 40 minutes at least give me a free dipping sauce or gravy. The manager should have been there to see the line up. I would like to see the "extra mile" you guys treat the customer so that they will be "returning regular customers". : )"

Bought the spicy big mary, nashville sandwich, and poutine. I used to buy from Victoria Park Location or the one from Bowmanville. This was my first there, and really disappointed with the taste and food. Both poutines were dry, just a little gravy. Chicken inside the sandwiches was so dry and seems like days old. I have attached the pictures for the reference and definitely looking to hear back from management on this.

This location has saved my stomach many times. I’ve got food restrictions yet somehow, I’m able to eat their chicken strips or sandwich. The sandwich has gotten thinner recently, but the chicken strips are good. Service is also very good!

Wow this is literally the gourmet version of Popeyes.Customer service is excellent. They never rush you and carefully makes sure everything is as ordered.Their meat is hand cut in the back and feels fresh. The pieces are huge. To give you an idea, their chicken wing packs about as much meat as a popeyes thigh.They do not cut the potatoes until you come to pickup so that you can get the freshest piece possible.The restaurant is neat and tidy. Makes me want to sit down and eat.They have wonderful deals and secret deals that can be found on the mobile app.Did I mention they are HALAL?
