Really nice golf course, extremely well maintained. A little challenging, just enough to be fun.

Always a good place to eat. Happy hour or Sunday dinner

A nice course in good condition. Not very welcoming or helpful staff. I felt very out of place, almost as if they only wanted members there and were upset I came to play. Otherwise good experience.

Just golfed Shannon lake, spectacular views, $92 for the round at 11:00am. $22 for a single seat in the cart, played with 3 of my buddies. Very expensive for an early April round of golf. This price could have been justified if the course was in great condition, however, there were many areas under repair, multiple temporary tee boxes that were not even fairway cut, uneven lies, hitting off mats, etc. The greens were in good condition, however some really tough pin placements including a pin directly on a hill. Would be a very long course to walk, so not sure why one seat in a cart is so expensive. The back 9 is far nicer than the front 9. I’m going back to Kelowna springs, where the tee boxes are flat, the greens are fair, there’s no ground under repair, and it’s cheaper.

Was late coming in from out of town, pro shop was really accommodating and understanding. The course is kept in great conditions. I had an amazing experience.

Wonderful Thursday evening with the weekly Business Womens' 9 and Dine. Lil does such an amazing job of organizing and there are always great weekly prizes. Course is in great shape, new carts, delicious full menu and tonight there was even a wine tasting. Membership not needed for certain tee times

Aug 11/21...still 5 stars! (Review below is from 2 months ago). Aug 11th...guy in pro shop was very nice! The course is in top shape! Just pretty slow going today at 5 plus hrs it took but there was less smoke out so enjoyed that. Just good to golf when so busy with work!The clubhouse with view of lake is top notch and I neglected to put that last time!Thanks for having us today! (Oh and our cart was so clean and new!)Shannon Lake was much better today than 3 yrs ago and last time I was there! 3 yrs ago we paid way too much and on a 50% off coupon deal as adding a cart must have messed things up in the computer and we paid like $105 each! Just did not want to argue on it. But today the deal was great playing at 3:30 pm and the course is in really nice shape already for the yr and the marshal was nice and the snack shack gal too! Was a nice experience today and was a tough long walk and was tired at end but just wanted to do it! Next time a cart but I just did not like the 20 dollar per person cart fee I guess. A bit high on a cart rental and same as most other places. Blk Mtn just includes a cart which we like. Other than that...based on course itself and the happy hr specials from 3 to 6...Shannon is now a 4.5 of 5 stars! Well done! Look forward to returning! Thanks. (:

Did nine and breakfast, course good, disappointed with the breakfast part of it though. When we went to pay found out they take 18% gratuity off of each $15 breakfast voucher.Nothing on the published website, just a stamp on back of card.Now the service was good, but I do not like the fact that someone else is deciding how much I will tip!!!!Getting all too common these days, used to be tips were determined by the customer for the service .... not a supplement for restaurants to pay low wages !!!

My childhood course in the neighborhood I grew up. Therefore, I have a bias. That being said, this is a beautiful course and there are views all around. The afternoon front 9 truly features the Lake, whereas the morning back 9 highlights more the mountains and wooded areas. Personally, I prefer the front 9 and definitely recommend doing that if it's your first visit and don't have time for the full 18.The course is walkable if you're fit and don't mind trekking up some step hills. But I'd get a power cart if you want to save your energy for your drives.
