Not a good experience from the initial walk in. I should have known to leave and let them keep my deposit but I decided to give them a chance. The idea I emailed, they wouldn’t let me see until I got there. It was nothing how I imagined, poorly put together in a Word doc. I felt rushed to think of another idea. I got my dogs name on my wrist, done by Gwan Soon. The line work is horrible, uneven, the loops are not straight, not the same size, there are dots where you can see where she stopped and then continued. That day she kept stopping to talk to their newly hired receptionist so maybe that’s why, she was not focused at all. Worst tattoo I have ever gotten. They charge for touch ups too! But I will be going somewhere else to fix their mistake. Will never go back. Very disappointed as this was my first tattoo I decided to be visible on my body (my others from other places are hidden on my body) and this was in memory of my dog who passed and it makes me upset to look at it every day.

This is the place to go for piercings. The studio is gorgeous and very clean, the staff are warm and friendly, and the piercer was very professional and got my lobes pierced very quickly. So much better than risking infection with a piercing gun. Their prices are super reasonable as well, and sterile jewelry is included! I bought two extra pairs of earrings for my other piercings because of how well-priced they were. I’ll absolutely be back for more piercings, and maybe a tat sometime. Highly recommend.

I have gotten my last two tattoos at Gwan Soon Lee Tattoo Studio. They have a really nice studio, very clean and the most polite staff ever! I would highly recommend this studio. The results of both of my tattoos are amazing. Thank you so much Jina for the beautiful work!

I’ve gotten all my piercings here and they all look amazing and have healed perfectly! Just make sure that you clean it properly ;) I definitely recommend going here. All the workers are very kind and so are all the other people that go here to get piercings and/or tattoos. I will 100% be coming here again!!!

I called so many places and got no where that would take my as a walk in called Gwan lee and instantly was told to come in. I got my nose pierced by Joe, he was so knowledgeable and friendly I wanted two piercing but instead of just taking my money he advised me to wait until one had healed. I am definitely coming back for anymore piercings I feel like getting!!I completely recommend to get any piercings done with Joe!!Thanks so much !!!I changed my review because I have done more research and found that I paid a little too much for getting my nose pierced which kind of was discouraging… but I still say that it was a really nice experience because of Joe being so sweet and accommodating

This was my second tattoo at Gwan Soon Lee Tattoo & Piercings. Jina is an incredible artist. She brought my vision to life. All of the artists are personable and professional. They really connect with the clients. The added bonus for me is when they asked me what music I liked, and then proceeded to play it. Highly recommend going here for your next, or first, tattoo

this review is for JOE!I recently got my ear pierced my Joe, he was extremely friendly, very polite very welcoming very professional very patient with my questions and concerns he's a great listener he listens to you without interrupting and make sure what his client wants! JOE was very smooth with his piercing I didn't even feel anything hygiene was taken very care of! the shop is beautifully decorated and very neat and tidy washroom was also very clean parking was easy to find and it was for free! overall I had a great experience I would give JOE and the shop 10 out of 10! and the owner of the shop is very friendly and welcoming I felt very comfortable and satisfied with the service, with the people and with the beautiful and clean shop! I also got my tattoo from them and its one of my favourite art on my body they did a great job it healed very well and it looks beautiful! this is a one stop shop for your tattoos and piercings they literally treat you like a family member and they make sure that you leave satisfied and happy and comfortable while your there! I will be coming back for more tattoos and piercings in near future! you guys are the best in city! GOD BLESS YOU ALL!!
