Dr. Ng is an excellent Dr. He is very kind and very intuitive. A wealth of information and knowledge. I am very happy I was referred to him. My new bottom mouthguard is perfect. He is worth the wait to see him.

Dr. Ng is super nice, funny and knowledgable. My only suggestion is checking your benefits coverage before your appointment(as specialist fees can add up).

Dr. Ng is very kind and efficient. I used to have jaw uncomfortableness every day and I would constantly try to “crack”/open and close my jaw. After only 3 appointments and less than a month of wearing the mouth guard that Dr. Ng specially made me, I feel much more comfortable and my jaw is realigning and I no longer need to try to move my jaw constantly to get in a comfortable spot, in fact I don’t do it at all anymore. The front desk guy is nice as well. Great experience.

Following a car collision, my dentist referred me to Dr. Ng. Every appointment, he greets me in a pleasant and respectful manner. After being fitted with the mouth appliance, to prevent further dental injury, my nose fracture finally healed, and I was also able to resume reading while in bed, whereas before this had been quite painful.A friend of mine is experiencing TMJ pain that has persisted over several years, and I recommended Dr. Ng because of my experience.The front desk is helpful, but it used to take a while to get a response. More recently, this has improved. I give 4.5 stars.

Dr Ng is such a pleasant, knowledgeable and attentive doctor. He answered all my questions, made sure I was comfortable and never seemed rushed. I had major headaches, tension in my temples, jaw and neck all due to grinding my teeth. A regular mouth guard from my dentist did little to help but Dr. Ng’s mouth guard was a miracle. Very few headaches, no visits to the physio for IMS and less tension over all. I’m super appreciative of Dr. Ng’s work.

I was referred to Dr.Ng for chronic jaw pain. Numerous dentists told me to see him and I’m so happy I did! I’ve had 3 appointments and each of them were excellent. Dr.Ng has an excellent way of explaining treatment and he is also so calm and gentle that you feel at ease as a patient. He truly listens. He has answered all of my questions and concerns along the way without making me feel pressured or rushed. His clinic is also spotless! Super clean. Would highly recommend this clinic!

Dr. ng is an amazing doctor! He listens to his parients and provides adaptes treatment plans. He is always available when i have an issue and I totally trust him with my oral health! Best in vancouver for sure

Dr. Ng is a world-class physician with unparalleled knowledge, skill, and benevolence. Not only will he be able to help you, but he will be eager to help. I saw him consistently over a year period and he was able to help me considerably with my cheilitis. He persistently corresponded with me and his advice was indispensable in treating my condition.He is a great doctor and a great human. I am immensely glad to have crossed paths with him and I could not recommend him enough for your oral mucosa needs.Contrary to what other people have said, I believe his pricing is reasonable and more than worth it given the expertise he provides. He is a professional and I was happy to pay for his time and services.

I called the clinic 10 times over the course of a month to obtain test results and they only answered one time. The one time that they answered, I was given a time later in the day that the doctor would call to discuss the results, but he never ended up calling. The results had to be obtained through the dentist that initially made the referral, due to the non-existent communication from this clinic.

I could not open my mouth to chew and was in terrible pain. I had to wait 2 months for an appointment which was a difficult time, but worth the wait. Dr Ng knew the issue within moments of seeing me, and after some specific movements of my jaw it was already starting to feel better in the first appointment! It is now 2 months later, I have been doing home exercises and have seen him for 2 follow up appts. Jaw movement is now back to normal and no pain. Dr. Ng has a straightforward and friendly manner, and I am so thankful for his expertise.
