This is THE place to get lobster in the Saint John area. I went there twice during a recent visit. Orders were done on time and product was great. Easy access from highway. Lots of orders being shipped everywhere too.

I purchase a lot of seafood from this company....clams, lobsters and salmon...On Thursday of last week I got 100.00 worth of clams and cooked them and they were stale and bad. I called the company and they told me the person in charge of this was not in till Monday....the Manager of the store said on Friday they could not be tested after being cooked....I held them till Monday Morning.. Then the manager of the clams called me and she said she did not understand the person on the phone Friday never took them back. I asked then for 50.00 of my money back. I was willing to meet them half way. She said she then had to speak with the manager. He was willing to give me a 50.00 store credit. I then proceeded to state if they were going to do an in store credit then I asked for a 75.00 and I would be out 25.00 and the manager declined. I will not be purchasing any thing from this company in the future. They lie and they don't back up their products.... Not pleased with this company at all. Will be going back to Lords Lobster from now on.

Last place I visited for my trip before going back to Ontario. People were kind and welcomed us here. Prices are fair and service was excellent. Definitely one of the place I will visit when I come back to Atlantic region!
