worst pizza hut ever been two hours still no pizza , some reason they cant seem to make and deliver a pizza at this location anymore they take the order but wont deliver it, absolute worst pizza hut in the city i would say the country , would be hard to be any worse then these people , pizza dosnt show up or it shows up screwd up , made several complaint figured we had things sorted but her i am two hours later no pizza no email saying late nothing .dont order from here get from any other pizza place in the city

If you have a dairy allergy, not the place to go. I ask many times for my pizza to be cut with a clean knife and a clean area without drink contamination. They say yes and they still get contamination. People need to be more mindful with dairy allergies cuz it is a real thing

I never leave reviews but I have have also never been stolen from by a restaurant until now. On the 21st of September I ordered online from this location totalling $49. I ordered for delivery and after I ordered I noticed my order said pickup. I called Pizza Hut customer service centre and was told because they don’t deliver to my location (copper cliff) it switched to pickup at checkout. I was unable to pick it up so I canceled my order. I received a call from the location where my order was placed (loaches Road) where the woman on the phone asked for confirmation that I was cancelling the order which I provided. I was told I would receive my refund within 15 business days. I waited, and when I didn’t receive it within that time period, my husband called the restaurant to see why there was a delay on my refund, and was told by the male associate that he would “look into the order and call back”. He promised he would and never did. My husband said unfortunately we would probably never see that $49 again. We are a family of 4. We have 2 under 2 and are living on 1 persons salary. I used to love Pizza Hut and now I can say I will never order from there again.

My husband and I went to pizza hut for lunch on a Sunday afternoon. And we were very upset that it has been turned into what seems to be a fast food restaurant. We need to order ahead and our food came in take out containers with plastic forks and paper plates. Also to add I ordered a salad and quite a bit of the lettuce had gone bad (see photo). We will never be returning after seeing what this establishment has become.

I ordered a Stuffed Crust Hawaiian Pizza tonight, and the crust had tiny pieces of black round plastic cooked into it and pieces of plastic were found at the bottom of the box. I put the pieces of plastic in a small bag as proof. However, this reviewis not giving me the option to upload the photos and show how hazardous this pizza was. Never ordering from here again.

Pizza Hut hasn't changed much over the years. If you want deep dish pizza, it's one of the best in town...also love their other pizza's but you have to be in the mood for Pizza Hut.
