Ordered balloons from here for a baby shower, when we picked them up they only did 1 bouquet in helium and the other air. The non helium bouquet came apart and popped on the driveway. We told the staff so they did make us another bouquet with helium this time but before the shower was over a lot of the balloons we purchased had wither popped or became disfigured. The selection inside the store is really good for cake pans and cake making accessories. Balloon selection is ok although for the price I would recommend going to the dollar store to pick up balloons.

I've rented many things over the years and have been extremely satisfied. Also the employees as well as the owners will bend over backwards to get you what you need so you can accomplish what ever task your doing. Very friendly people!

I booked a 4x8 utility trailer through Fermco, because they were listed as the U-Haul dealer for Vernon, BC. When I went to pick up the trailer on the scheduled date, they pulled a fast one on me and hooked up their own decrepit Fermco yard trailer instead of the U-Haul I requested. The counter staff was very slow and discourteous when I questioned them about the substitution of equipment, and had no apologies for doubling the rental fee. They charged me twice the rate quoted for the U-Haul, and the junk trailer they provided was in a terrible state of repair. It was an old rusty trailer that had a broken left tail light, broken side marker lights, missing grease cap on the wheel bearing, one car tire and one truck tire! When I started to load the trailer, one tire had only 20 Lbs. of air pressure, so I had to stop and find a gas station to fill it up. When I brought the trailer back and reported the problems, there was no offer of compensation – just a smirk from the staff, and a “promise” to pass along my comments. This was the first, and definitely last time I’ll ever rent from this company again!

Amazing! They have everything! Best prices for sure and very friendly staff/owners. If your nervous about renting something you have never used before they give you a run down and explain things very well so your comfortable using it.
