The sales lady helped with my bra fitting in the change room, in my space, pressure on and when I got home and tried the bra it was way too tight. Went back the very NEXT day to return it, and the sales person said they don’t do returns. Well maybe they should mention that at the till when you’re buying it. Now I have a $200 bra I’m never going to wear. I see in the other comments they want their customers to know items haven’t left the store, no one cares if items have left the store, most clothing, lingerie stores have no problems accepting returned items. Won’t be shopping here again. Edit - no one asked why I was returning it. NO ONE MENTIONED FINAL SALE when I purchased it. Why would I come to return the bra if I was told it was final sale? Sneaky sales staff kept that part out. This is a DISHONEST business. First they neglect to mention final sale and now they are lying in their responses to online reviews.

Huge RAVE to Crystal at Fashion Foundations! My sad little self went in there today needing desperate help with proper fitting intimate attire. Girls you know how it is! Well I walked out feeling held in and lifted and comfy and like a queen! So helpful, so comforting and made it feel like a girls shopping trip with a bestie and not like my normal dread when I have to go shopping for these items! Big rave to her and anyone looking for sure go see Crystal!

I was helped by Crystal on July 8, 2023, and I couldn’t be more pleased with her service. She was not only very knowledgeable about bra fitting and all the questions I had for her, but she was very helpful in ensuring I was able to get the bra I wanted by special ordering the colour wanted. She was also very polite and kind. I will definitely recommend Fashion Foundation to friends and family. I had very friendly and efficient service from the minute I walked through the door, despite the sign on the door stating they were short staffed. I was measured, fitted and given a variety of options and left the store with 2 awesome fitting bras under a half-hour. I highly recommend fashion foundations, especially to women who have a hard time finding the perfect fit!!

Always an absolutely amazing experience. All of the staff are so accommodating and amazing and kind. I personally had Connie and she was an absolute gem! She had bras out the wazoo coming in for me and in so many styles that suited my needs and desires. She was a rockstar! Let alone all the other lovely ladies that helped my mum and aunt.Highly recommend this place to every woman who is in need of a bra. They know how to size you properly and keep your 'ladies' happy and comfortable!

I recently visited Fashion Foundations and had an amazing experience! The store is well-organized and the staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. They have a wide variety of bras in all sizes and styles, so I was able to find the perfect fit for me. The staff was knowledgeable and patient and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. I highly recommend Fashion Foundations to anyone in need of a new bra or lingerie!
