We waited until the last minute to get a cab on New Year's Eve night - After we had celebrated until 3:00 am. As we were waiting for a cab (which never showed up), we called this service and the owner pulled up in his limousine. The four of us were taken home safe and sound by a business owner who truly cares about his business. He is an excellent driver, courteous, respectful, and thoughtful to the nth degree. We got Top notch service from a compassionate driver who was concerned about our warmth, how his limo looked to us (as in clean and tidy - And it was!) and he had an efficient GPS system that allowed him to get us all home safe and sound and expediently. Rob was excellent to deal with and very accommodating when there were unexpected delays and adjustments to the schedule. We had several trips booked, and the limo was early for each pick up, helping to relieve some of the stress. I would highly recommend NiteOwl and definitely use them again in the future.

Rob was right on time for initial pickup and the return trip. The ride was smooth and the limo was clean. Rob was courteous, helpful and patient as he helped me put a car seat in. Will definitely use NiteOwl again!
