My name is Brian I am a new and recent customer of K Tailor. Kim is a very courteous person who takes great pride in doing a job well done. She truly knows her stuff about tailoring and is very skilled at her craft. She is very passionate about her craft and takes great pride in doing her best to meet the needs of her customers. She is very skilled in tailoring and I have no doubt she can pretty much meet any request and do her best to ensure a job well done. She does her best to make sure her customers needs are met for tailoring or alterations and it seems there is no limit to what she can do with her skills. You can be confident in her skills as a tailor and can definitely manage any alterations you might require. She is very customer service oriented and takes great pride in doing a job well done.It’s not the kind of shop that does alterations by the numbers in a rush with poor results. This is a kind of shop you can depend on for great results and definite quality of workmanship in the work she does. She takes great care to meet her customers needs. I wouldn’t go anywhere else to get alterations done or tailoring. Kim is very skilled and very conscientious and takes a great level of care and concern to ensure her customer needs are met and that all her customers walk away pleased with the quality of work she does.If you want good quality and great customer care from a very skilled person in tailoring and Alterations the K Tailor is the shop you should go to and get quality work at a reasonable price. Wonderful service and quick turn-around times. I've had numerous items tailored here: zippers replaced, pants and skirts hemmed, clothing taken in and straps shortened. Kim is great and her skill is excellent. I only have good things to say. I recommend Signal Hill Tailor & Custom Embroidery to anyone looking for an awesome tailor.

This is the best alterations shop in the city. I had to have multiple cycling garments altered - all made with not so easy to work with technical fabrics - and Kim did an absolutely incredible job, so good that I had her do about a dozen pieces total. I've had this type of work done at other shops in town, and nowhere else comes close.Kim herself is also an absolute sweetheart and treats everyone with with dignity and respect.West Springs is not close to where I live, but I make the trip anyways because it's worth it, and you should too.

This is the third time we have been here and the quality is outstanding. Kim pays attention to the details and her work is done efficiently. I am not afraid to leave high end and expensive items in her hands because I'm confident that everything she tailors will not be damaged. Prices are very reasonable. Her work is so good that every time I'm willing to pay more for the job she has done. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for alterations to any of their clothing or fabric items. I have nothing but positive things to say about Kim! I was looking around for a dry cleaning service and tailor for my wedding dress and came across her website due to all the great reviews. I am happy to add another outstanding review to her page. Kim did an amazing job on restoring the beautiful ivory colour of the dress. She also hemmed the bottom perfectly! I would 100% recommend her to anyone looking for quality work! I was also very happy with the final price, lower than i expected! I am beyond pleased and would never go anywhere else!

Kim is an amazingly detailed and professional tailor. She takes her work very seriously and delivers excellent product. She has tailored my wedding dress and many other garments for me, always to the highest standard. Kim is friendly, and takes a lot of pride in her work. I highly recommend her!

I had 3 skirts that I’ve hardly ever worn (3 times in 5 years), because they were too loose around the waist. Kim altered them magnificently! I now where them frequently! Love them! Now I have a dress I need altered for my daughter’s wedding...I’ll be in soon!

Always on time (usually early), helpful and honest! Quality work no matter how simple or complicated the job, Kim is amazing! I have given all my work to her for over 10 years now - dating back to when she had a storefront operation in the nearby Superstore. I personally find this current location better as I don't have to deal with the crazy Superstore parking lot! Whether it is delicate lace, finicky Lycra, a grad dress, suit jacket or pair of jeans, you will not be disappointed! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
