HRM Service Dog Park

It's a waste of space because only service dogs can enter. There aren't any other dog parks in the area, and I almost never see any dogs in there ever. Regular dogs need places to play and run too. What a joke.

This is a great park for people that require a Guide Dog or a Service Dog. There are not many dog parks such as this it is a safe fenced in area for hard working dogs. My Guide Dog enjoys coming to the park. HRM does a great job maintaining this area there is a nice place to sit down and a large enough area for dog to play and enjoy. The only other park of this type that I know of is Ontario. This is very nice for HRM for having a nice green area for working dogs. The only way to access this area is to contact HRM to get a special card to gain access to the park. I want to give a big thank you to who decided to have this area set aside for working dogs it is very much appreciated. It is very near a bus stop which is very convenient.
