Centretown Friends Home Day Care

Both of my children spent a long time at Centretown Friends and we had a brilliant experience. They have now started at school, but their time with Velvet was really valuable - and was actually much more than a daycare. They were so happy every day when we picked them up - they had been to the park, made loads of progress - and were learning every day how to interact and be kind with others. A really great business and programme - and we feel really lucky.

We had a great experience introducing our 12 month old to daycare at Centretown friends! The provider is an incredibly talented, patient and caring person with a real knack for caring for children and pedagogy for talking to and teaching them. The space is one big room in the basement of her home, plus lots of time in the neighbourhood park or backyard. Healthy food and really really great communication with parents. We were able to visit several times before our first day, to slowly introduce our child. Highly recommend this home daycare!

Velvet offers a very special experience for children. My oldest child is a graduate" from Centertown friends daycare - there is no question that my youngest will attend. The best review of all is from my daughter herself

The provider was amazing with my son and was super understanding to personal situations. There was never a problem and my son absolutely adores the provider! Would definitely recommend!

We are newcomers, and our 3 years old daughter did not speak English, but she has learned alot so fast with velvet its really impressive! Our daughter had the Best time of her life in this daycare, as Velvet took great care of her with many activities, taking her out to the parks, to play with snow. Velvet is truly a gem she is a very very very kind person, she takes great care of our little ones, she also sends us a daily report of how the day is going , she even sends us pictures everyday! I would truly recommend her daycare to anyone, especially the newcomers i have had a really great experience and i want to thank her again though this review. Rezk & Azza, Julia's parents.
