I contacted Brad on Monday to get cross country ribbons as my other supplier was not responding to any emails or phone calls. They were in my hands the next day by 10:15 am. I contacted him yesterday to see if he could do 130 custom personal best track and field ribbons for once of my customers as once again my other provider who I ordered them from on May 2nd and promised they would be Shipped on Monday May 29th and they did not arrive on Tuesday or today for that matter. Brad said he would do them for me with a $25.00 rush charge which I gladly paid as these were custom ribbons and they arrived today at 10:15 am. What absolutely amazing service. Highly recommend Encore Promotional Products. If I could give them 10 ********** Stars I would.
