From the pictures uploaded, you can witness the best kind of work Elegance Auto Spa has carried out on my car! I take my car for construction site works. So, it gets dirty real soon with all the cement, sand and mud sticking onto my car inside and out. When I thought, the concrete stains couldn't be removed, one of my friend suggested me Elegance Auto Spa. I bought my car here for a Package No. 5. Like the name suggests, they got back the elegance in my car again with their skills especially at detailing that too for an affordable price!! I'm just glad that there is such a professional auto spa in London consisting of an awesome bunch of friendly staffs who take care of everything from the start until handing over the keys back to you.Thanks a ton Elegance Auto Spa for making my car shine again in and out ✨✅P.S :- The detailing was on spot. I feel it's the best in London.

It's ok here. Using the self car wash bay.. The car wash soap isn't much and the water pressure is like a garden hose at home. I was the only one here so I doubt it was a three full bay pressure inside.

It’s not bad. They do a very general job. They don’t really get into the hard to reach spots, don’t clean the footwell area. Leather seats still had some spots left. I had to go home and spend another hour on my vehicle. If you need a general detail, this is your spot but don’t expect them to clean everything.

They did SUCH an amazing job with my interior detailing.When they did my engine wash, it caused some sort of weird failures in my card but they were super good about sending me over to the shop behind them to have it looked at.Will definitely use them for an interior detailing again…. They worked magic!

We have used this car wash for years and have had mostly a great experience each time. Last year sometime, the lever that moves the back seat forward was broken. I didn’t pursue it because i didn’t notice until a week or two after the car was washed. They do a great job there and so I just wrote it off as a “stuff happens” kind of thing. A week ago, after getting a wash, I was putting my kid’s car seat back in and noticed my back seat was cracked and broken open (plastic piece) and also not clicked in all the way (they are removable). It was obvious that someone had removed the seat and probably dropped it. The seats are pretty heavy and awkward to remove and install, so I am surprised they take that risk, to be honest. I emailed the owner with pictures, and he promptly responded with a phone call. He was apologetic and fair in his response.

Went and tried to vacuum my new vehicle,the first vacuum was a waste of money as didn't pick up anything,,was obviously full or clogged. Then I put $$ in 2nd vacuum thinking it will work a lot better as first vacuum is still running. The 2nd vacuum is almost just as bad suction wise but the vacuum he@d scratches my brand new hatchback material,owned car a cpl weeks. Now streaks and scratches in hatchback due to non functional vacuum.Thanks Elegance

Got the $60 cleaning done, not perfect but worth the value. They clean pretty much everything front to back. If you’re looking for a quick clean up, this is you go to. Giving one extra star because the people there are extremely polite

I have nothing but good things to say about Elegance Auto Spa. I recently took my 2013 Subaru there and it came back in what was basically showroom condition! The overall transformation of the vehicle and attention to detail was truly amazing. Because the vehicle is now 10 years old and also black in colour, it did require a fair bit of extra care and attention. For that reason, Package # 3 plus a buff/polish was recommended to remove some of light scratching and swirl marks that had accumulated over the years. It was all worth the investment when I saw the final result! They even stored the vehicle overnight in their locked indoor facility when I was unable to pick it by closing time that day. Many thanks to Eduardo and his very friendly and professional team for a job extremely well done and truly exceeding my expectations! Highly recommended!
