Wasnt able to make it by 5. The guys waited for me and helped me with everything i needed plus a bottle of water. Customer service is top notch. Anything any Hydro vac company needs i strongly suggest you reach out to Faultless. Not a bad thing to say

I have been consistently let down by Stevensons rental now for years. Every time I try to order a piece of equipment they either don't have it or they say it takes two days to bring in one in reality it takes 3 to 4. This location doesn't understand the concept of customer service. I dealt with the manager Fraser with an issue I was having with a piece of equipment that was broken and he passed me off to someone else as if he didn't care. This place is a disappointment.

We are so Happy to have Mark Fleck as our Rep for our company! He always has a smile and is full of spunk lol I look forward for him to come on Friday mornings. Mark does and great job and is always willing to help out the company in any way needed with the clothing and mats and gloves! Thanks for everything Mark your the best!!

Would leave a zero star review if I could. Booked a course a few months in advance. Got pulled off of a job to be here. Showed up with an email confirmation in hand only to be told that there are no classes and no instructors here today. Zero communication at this organization. I would strongly consider booking somewhere else. Not impressed.

Soooo these guys here are absolutely incredible. I had a shower that I had tiled in the worst tile possible (my fault lol), and after half a year it had streaks all across it. So I tried to epoxy it myself and did an absolutely horrible job. Went to big box stores and they told me I had no choice but to rip out the tile and replace it. I called Cloverdale and within fifteen minutes they’d provided me the perfect product for painting/epoxying my shower tile to look brand new, with just the colour I wanted. I couldn’t be happier, and I won’t be going anywhere else for my painting needs!

Samantha was super helpful with helping me find a pair of glasses that suit my face and my style. She also helped to make sure u was able to get my glasses before I moved and everybody was very helpful and communicated with me to keep me updated on my glasses. I couldn’t have asked for better service. Truly fantastic!

I don't know what happened to Inga because she was the only good one there. I would rather dig around in garbage looking for glasses and try my luck with those than visit here again
