From the first meeting I had with Lenora to talk about my ideas for a vacation she was immediately on board and put together the perfect itinerary for us. The pre cruise hotel was amazing as was the post cruise hotel. Her knowledge of the areas made her recommendations the perfect match for us. Lenora is an excellent communicator and will keep you updated on anything you need to do and quickly answer any questions you may have. I highly recommend Lenora!

Multiple hiccups along the way! But when a client request an in person appointment at your earliest convenience please don't assume the worst and try to prevent them from doing so. It sounds dismissive Especially if a service was paid for.

Heather organized the flights for a group of friends. We were to fly from Victoria to New York City in May of 2020. Unfortunately, our trip had to be canceled, due to the global pandemic, and Heather took care of all the details. She ensured that we received a travel credit, which was appreciated. She did an awesome job coordinating the needs of five people.
