BMO Bank of Montreal

The bank tellers are amazingly wonderful but the wait times are just a little extreme. No business service wicket which makes doing any business banking here extremely difficult. Please expect wait times from anywhere from 5 minutes to 45 minutes in line. Usually 1 wicket open only. Sometimes 2. Customers here usually require 10 to 15 minutes of the associates time so you are stuck waiting. How ever, this review is not indicative of the tellers or employees here this is an upper management problem. The ladies here are GREAT , BMO, your customer base here requires more wickets open. You have the funding to pay staff... get some more wickets open to move this line or better yet have a business wicket so businesses who need rolls of change can get it faster than an hour.Thank you

DO NOT GO TO THIS BANK. THEY NEVER HAVE ENOUGH STAFF FOR THEIR NEEDS. YOU WILL BE IN LINE TILL YOU DROP DEAD. I had to grab a chair for an elderly person who couldn't stand anymore. You would think corporate would see these reviews for this location and put two and two together on what the issue is. Oh, and everybody loves their 'you have to call ahead if you want to withdraw $2,000 or more' policy, and especially after finding this out if you just waited in an impossible line. IT IS THE PERSONS MONEY, IF THEY WANT IT GIVE IT TO THEM. Not to mention everybody hates the bank manager and thinks she is a terrible person. If this location keeps this up, it's simply bad for business. I've seen alot of customers snap here and demand to close their accounts.

Went to this branch. Needed my statements of last 3 months and Summary of my accounts. I got it 2 days back from different branch for free and when I reach out to this branch the teller said we don’t do it here we don’t stamp and its 5 dollars fee. What a ridiculous service this particular branch provides. Hope you guys improve it next time.

Hours are terrible. Went to pay a bill here and they were closed before 5pm. Glad this isn't my bank of choice. Large Now Open" sign in the window

If a zero star was an option, it would be for this branch. From the manager to the tellers. I wouldn't waste my time here ever again. Switching banks tomorrow because of their poor and lack there of.. customer service skills.

Ever since they closed 2 locations and merged them to this location I have to wait at least 20-30 mins just to get laundry change. Let's close two locations and then only half staff the new one, good on you guys BMO. Might just be time for me to switch banks like I've been debating for a couple years now.

Wish I could give 0, they love to not post how much is actually in your account and post your paychecks early and not allow you to use it. When someone steals money from your account they can't cancel payments, only contest once it's been spent so no guarantee you'll even get it back. Calling in to speak to talk about account issues? Maybe don't you'll save time by going in during work cause all they will say is what you can see on the app. Worst bank I've been with, damn well switching and it's long over due

The automated answering system is garbage. I just want to speak to a human. When I finally got through they were busy and was asked to leave a message.

The hardest working Branch which works hard to provide excellent service to each customer. It is easier give negative reviews without understanding the the whole story. People have no patience and are too quick to judge. It is not easy to work in the service industry and put on a brave face when others are bringing their fustrations to those who are trying their best evert day.Be kind and you'll be surprised with the results.Centre on BartonTeam are fantastic!!.

Tellers at this location are certainly trying their best but it is clear that they need additional training and frontline support as it seems they're frequently required to disappear back to the manager's office while working with a customer. I waited nearly 45 minutes (arriving with only 3 other customers ahead of me) and unfortunately there was no effort made by the staff whatsoever to attempt to improve the queue time (i.e an additional teller).To further add to my frustration, I was told you must phone ahead to make an order for a cash withdrawal larger than $2000 and so my wait was for nothing. You are a bank; the exchange of cash is your last remaining core function in this digital age. This policy is simply ridiculous!
