Easy booking experience, but they cancelled on me due to weather conditions and nurse's car trouble, instead of postponing to a later time the same day. I found this to be unprofessional. My flight was the next morning. I couldn't have booked a day earlier since flying to the US requires a test no more than a day before travel.

My one star review is because of an unfortunate experience I had last week where my daughter was in need of a blood test. The blood test took place in the morning on Thursday December 9. We received an urgent call from our family doctor one day later with life threatening results and directions to immediately go to the emergency room as my daughter was in imminent danger of a coma or death.Having spent all night in the hospital emergency room and receiving new bloodwork results we were advised that at least 4 of our original results from Nomadic Nurse Agency were inaccurate and that her levels were in normal range.We contacted Christine at the agency to request a refund of the $90 charge for inaccurate test results. Their abrupt response was that their only job was to take and deliver the blood test and would not refund us. After speaking to several doctors it was determined that this error most likely occurred during the transportation process of the blood test.This experience caused my daughter unnecessary trauma and extra time wasted in the emergency room. We are so disappointed in their response regarding this issue. Please think twice about using this service.

It’s the first time in almost 2 years since I’m traveling and I have to admit I was little concerned and nervous that I would have everything in order. You and you staff answered my millions of questions and put me at ease. The nurse who came to my house was on time and so sweet, and even sent additional documentation for my extra OCD husband who wanted it by email. I required a RT PCR test for travel and was referred to Nomadic Nurse. The nurse came to my office and everything went smoothly. She was absolutely lovely and made me feel very safe. Further, they fully respected their promised timeline. I would highly recommend.
