I had a terrible experience with this clinic. Seriously, he did a terrible cosmetic surgery and when I asked for rework he charged me again. The staff was extremely rude and seemed like they were only there for money. Also, just search for him online. The National Post had a report on him. He just isn't very good.

Have had my under eyes and cheeks filled serval times with Dr S. and have LOVED the results! Respect his and Stephanie’s opinion greatly. I have always done what they have suggested. Also been using ZO products for a year or so now and cannot believe the transformation in my skin. They explained in great detail how I was to use them and the results have been amazing.Texture has smoothed and so luminous it’s unbelievable and I have acne scars! Have had many compliments on my skin. Thank you!!!!

I am a returning client of Brampton cosmetic and have nothing but positive feedback with respect to staff and my results. I refer friends/family who thank me for sending them to the clinic. I was surprised to read the payment policy changes thanks to the rise in scams. Do be mindful that they only accept cash and etransfer which the staff made really easy by providing me with fees beforehand.

I had a procedure done in March and could not be happier with my results. The staff and Dr. S. Were amazing.

I recently had a breast reduction surgery ( about 9 weeks ago) and have to admit that I expected far better after care than I have received. I spoke with the doctor by phone about 24 hours after the surgery and I felt good. I went to the clinic for a follow-up one week later and was disappointed that the nurse simply snapped a few photos and sent me on my way. In the weeks that followed I had several questions but decided to wait for the 6-week follow-up appointment where I would hopefully be able to speak to speak to the doctor. I was very anxious on the day of the appointment- I had many questions to ask and rushed from work to arrive on time. I waited in a room, wearing a paper gown for 30 minutes without seeing anyone. Finally, I got re-dressed and told the reception assistant that I would need to reschedule. She was very short with me, simply saying that the doctor was behind and that I should just wait. She could not tell me how much longer he would be. She said that his next available appointment was 8 weeks away but would not schedule anything. She asked for an e-mail and said she would send me a date. That was more than 2 weeks ago. I have not received a phone call or an e-mail.The decision to have this surgery was very difficult and I do not regret having the procedure. The side effects I am experiencing are difficult and unsettling but I have decided to reach-out to my family doctor. At this point I feel disappointed in myself for not getting specific details on what I could expect in terms of follow-up care. I believed that the cost of the surgery would include care beyond the actual surgery date. My experience was not positive.

Amazing staff! I went here 20 years ago for a breast augmentation. I just recently went back to get them replaced after so long! They still looked amazing fyi after 20 years! That’s why I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else… time to replace. Another great job! I can’t say it enough I love these guys they make you feel like family. Dr. Did a fantastic job and follow ups as well. Thanks so much guys you’re entire staff is truely awesome!!

Wow! Best Plastic Surgeon Ever. The main Surgeon Dr. S. Is fully knowledgeable on just about any issue I had. Both my Ganglion cysts were drained and during my 3-4 healing it went down almost completely. Even follows up to ensure your body is in optimal condition as well as refers to any specialist if need be. 5/5. Also, all staff are very welcoming and helpful. Hopefully, will be back for a Rhinoplasty!

The front desk here are extremely rude and don’t try to understand where the patients are coming from. I was arguing with the front desk and then another lady popped out of no where and started arguing with me like she knew my case. I came to this clinic to get my keloids removed and wasn’t really happy with the results. The doctor wrote in his notes what my procedure was supposed to be today. And they messed that up and wanted to charge me even more money! They didn’t even want me to talk to the doctor! Thank god I had an appointment with him or else I wouldn’t have! Again. They’re extremely rude. Thank god Dr.S cares about his patients and tried to reschedule me and soon as possible.(This is a week later review)Don’t go here. Dr S gives you his word and honestly doesn’t know what he’s doing. When he was doing my stitches for my ears. He was asking his assistant for direction! He gives you his word that he’ll do something. And then a week goes by and they’ve cancelled my appointment because I haven’t paid! When I talked to dr S he told me has was going to remove the keloid. HE told me he was going to remove NO CHARGE. Don’t be telling your patients this if you have no clue what you’re talking about. Honestly don’t come here. It’s a joke. I couldn’t imagine getting anything else done here.

I don't normally write reviews, but I had to after my experience. I went to another medical spa for a first treatment for PRP and it was painful. The Brampton Cosmetic Surgery Center advised me that the MeLine peel would be better for me to start and they were right. It was only slightly stingy and I felt pain during the extractions, but it was easier.What blew me away though was their level of customer service. They made me feel welcome, stayed with me during the whole process and built a relationship with me. Yes, they are a little more expensive than the first place I went to and did not have nearly as good customer service as this place. The other place I went to left me on my own and I couldn't find them after the first consultation to ask more questions. Pricilla brought me into a room on the first consultation and talked me through each procedure and what was best and didn't leave until all my questions are answered. Definitely coming back.

They are there to rob people, I made an appointment to remove a skin tag, I asked the cost and they said Dr has to see you first, meanwhile I was shopping around and got an idea that it is $25-$40 to remove one tag. SO when I got there they charged $60 consultation fees before the Dr even saw me, THE dr came and explained the procedure to me so I asked the price he said he will be back with an invoice a few moments later a lady came and she had an invoice of $890 to remove 4 skin tags and was asking me to pay 50% non refundable deposit right away. My head started spinning and I left the clinic saying I will think about it. But I feel like I have been robbed of my Time and money. Never again here nor do I recommend this place.
