Nice local Starbucks in the village to grab a quick drink at typical Starbucks prices which is actually a pretty good deal here as everything in the village is inflated. Service could be a bit quicker but it does get busy here so I guess the baristas are doing the best they can considering the current circumstances.

I just wanted a cap and the barista yelled at me in French and I didn’t do anything wrong. He hurt my feelings and embarrassed me on front of everyone. I was too afraid to go back to ask for a straw. They also took my order and charged me for 2 but I wanted one and they didn’t listen to me. Very bad customer service.

When the coffee at my nearby hotel just didn't cut it, I went to Starbucks in the village to get my caffeine fix. There was a line about 10 people deep but it moved quickly. There really wasn't seating at the time I visited during a pandemic summer. Staff were friendly.I ordered an iced mango dragonfruit tea lemonade and a blonde almond milk cafe latte. They accepted payment through scanning my card on my Starbucks app but I was unable to preorder via the app at this location. I'm not sure my purchases here counted toward bonus star promotions as they didn't reflect on my app.My drinks were delicious. I also ordered a gingerbread cookie which was really nice warmed up. Would definitely return for another coffee fix.

I would like to send a big BIG THANK YOU to Francois their manager for the big help today.I ordered our breakfast on the mobile app to the wrong store - completely my mistake. He coordinated with the other store to get my family and I our breakfast. I know it will be more work on their end to work out the payment transfer from the other store to them. My kids and I are very thankful for you and your staff accommodating. Thank you for being so kind, friendly, and helpful.

Decent Starbucks location. The individual at the cash register made us feel uncomfortable as he was staring very intently at the credit card machine to see what tip we gave him.

The door is not accessible to wheelchair or stroller very disappointedPrices are a little higher than usual. The coffee are terrible taste ,service was so slow,horrible, long wait and not organized ..

The Starbucks at Mont-Tremblant is pretty much your standard fare in terms of what you'd expect from the ubiquitous coffee chain. The atmosphere, however, elevates it due to the well-executed theming that mirrors the mountainous beauty of Mont-Tremblant. This makes it feel cozier and more bespoke than most. Yet, in this digital age, it's unfortunate that they don't offer the convenience of mobile ordering which could significantly streamline the customer experience.
