I returned Lanza colors and developer I had ordered in March of 2021, I was not happy with the Lanza line and had to redo a color on my client. After texting and calling and emailing I still haven't received a call or email and only a partial refund. I had hoped to use it as a credit and had ordered items but never received them or a follow up call. I was told my order would be delivered and it never was. Some of the returned items 'disappeared' and the response from the salesperson/staff has never happened. Keep shopping fellow hairdressers! Hold out for customer service!
