A good place to repair shoes. Nice gentleman.

Poor customer service, unorganized. And he did not fix my shoe!! Heel was broken again after 20 mins (probably 2mins standing time). Brought it back, the first thing he said was how did you break it again!

I've called their number to ask about store hours, and although they were nice enough to call me back later, they've failed to mention that they were not open that day (a regular Thursday). I've biked over to their store only to be greeted by a gon' fishing" sign.No actual info on what their regular service is like."

Agree with ppl that say he is taking time to acknowledge your presence but he is doing great job and he has fixed already twice my favorite pair of boots. Love it.

The owner here has always done an amazing job of repairing items (shoes, a leather coat, a wallet) at an extremely reasonable price. The repairs have all held up over time and are barely visible.

Cool long-standing shoe repair shop. I went there to dig for old treasures and found deadstock Made in France Adidas Rom and NIB Crayons Shoes and a whole trove of Skuff Kote and dyes and inks. Owner was nice to me and I was able to look everywhere in the shop. Might not be for everyone - but I like digging through dusty storefronts - and for my purposes - this shop was an amazing experience.

There is no question the place is dowdy, the owner a bit crusty,but he did an excellent job fixing my old shoes at a fair price.

This is the first time I’ve ever posted a google review...that bad. Go here at your own risk. I recently went to pick up boots with the numbered receipt tag. He had mismatched it with someone else’s boots. Then he claimed I’d picked up the boots a few months ago ( I’d dropped them off 3 weeks ago). I returned two more times and he finally found them, then insisted on charging me full price despite the inconvenience of 2 extra visits and stress of fearing that he’d lost an expensive pr of boots. Not a word of apology. I met a woman nearby who expressed surprise that he was still in business and said she had even offered to help him organize the store. Level of disorganization beyond comprehension, as well as an unwillingness to take any responsibility for its consequences

I hope this place is closed down and just hasn't cleared out yet, because the other night I walked passed it and saw a large rat inside, scurrying across the big display of shoes they have at the front. Very unsettling.
