If We could give a 0, We would! What an awful place. To AVOID!!!!! Their garage is simply a scam. They also do not value their client’s time. They took the appointment 1hour later than scheduled, didn’t even bother letting us know that there would be a significant delay. In total, we pretty much wasted 2hours for a big maximum 30minute job (as per the employee told us), of course had to cancel my next appointment as it took them so much time. They really didn’t seem to care about the time being an issue - as long as it was convenient for them. Of course the employee had no say & there was no one superior available.What a horrible experience!! Time & money wasted!!! You would think a big corporation would care & have solutions, but nope, nothing!!!

Very bad customer service. We bought an equipment that does not work. The equipment has faulty design and manufacturing. They did not want to return our money. Avoid this place at all cost. Buy from Walmart or Amazon instead they have better customer service.

They did an alignment for my bmw x3, after alignment my steering wheel crooked to the left, I went back to fix it, but they refused to do it for free. Very disappointed .

They have no idea about customer service, and have clowns running this place... Managers are worst than the cashiers and supervisor is even dumber than the manager! Would not honor prices stickered on their product. I saw a lawnmower at liquidation, priced (on the box) with a red tag sticker of $300.00.The sticker read as VENTE FINALE

Went to Canadian Tire to get a microwave, somehow left with a credit card, thinking I was getting an 8% discount on my purchase.... Feel stupid, but also can I just buy my things without getting fooled please and thank youEdit: I called the MasterCard Canadian tire line to cancel the card and was told they could not see my account and could not cancel my card. I was also told I should have known I was being given a credit card because the credit card logo was on the iPad. I was not shown any information on the iPad, only a spot to sign to get what I thought was my 8% discount. Within the same hour, I called the customer service line and they COULD somehow see my account and cancelled the card for me. Have been going to CT for over 20 years, will not go again and will not recommend.

horrible experience when going in to pick up an online purchase. They made me come back to the store 3 times as they keep making up rules each time I come back with what they previously asked for. I would not recommend ordering anything from this branch as they will waste your time and are completely inconsiderate of your situation.
