Yesterday I went to Industrial Plastics & Paints (101-2052 Boxwood Rd, Nanaimo, BC) to get a Plexiglass AC window adapter fabricated by Kelly.I’m leaving this 5-star Review for them because my customer service experience there was amazing!I got taken care of quickly, painlessly, professionally, and very affordably.When I picked up the AC window adapter to replace the window screen this morning... the fit & finish was perfect!I went home, dropped the adapter into place, hooked up the ductwork from the AC unit to the plexiglass,turned the AC unit on and BOOM… it started getting cooler in here in minutes.Everybody who needs what these people offer… needs to get them to take care of it for them… full stop!

Kim and Kelly are awesome! I had a major problem with spin welded fittings on a 450 litre water tank for my sailboat. They were incorrectly done (leaked and broke off in my hand) at a different location. K & K were on it, extremely accommodating and installed new fittings perfectly. Can’t say enough about the quality of service and workmanship!!

I had an eye opener today at Industrial Plastics in Nanaimo. I have shopped there for a number of years blissfully unaware of their greedy underbelly. I stopped in to get some one gallon plastic buckets. I needed 10. They only had one in stock so I bought it. As I was continuing down island to Victoria, I figured I would get the rest at the Victoria location. I was stunned at the price difference. $7.41 in Nanaimo. $3.99 in Victoria. Same bucket. Watch out peeps!

Specifically reviewing the Nanaimo location - these guys are AMAZING! I accidentally called the Victoria location and immediately felt something was off, their customer service is majorly lacking in comparison to the Nanaimo location. These guys go above and beyond to help make my projects come to life. Always friendly! Thanks!!

I needed to have my floor air conditioner installed in the middle of three vertical windows, as I live in a 12' high ceiling apartment unit. The air conditioner sits on a solid end table. I was directed to Ultimate Plastics in Nanaimo, and they were able to construct a plexiglass window for me, which has a hole where the attachment for the air conditioner hooks into. The one-piece window" is beautifully crafted and keeps the appearance of all three windows the same. Thank you to Kim

Industrial Plastics and Paints ended up making this right. The communication could have been a lot better and it took over a month but ultimately they took action to rectify the situation and took care of me.Absolutely the worst service and communication. Industrial pants and plastics was supposed to fabricate a windshield for me. I was assured it would take no longer than a week. At the end of that week. I called to confirm when I can pick it up and was told that they couldn’t bend the radius. No one called to communicate this and I was then told at that point that it was going to be another two weeks. Then made absolutely no effort to make it right and told me to come and pick up my windshield.
