I go here because its right beside my house but if there was another location closer I would go there instead. Don't get me wrong the staff are nice, but they have no sense of urgency or time management. It doesn't make sense to have 1 person handling all the drinks and then 3 people in the back just standing around while there are 30 people waiting 20 minutes for their drinks. The math aint adding up. I think this location needs new management to properly train staff and delegate properly.June 2023 Update:I've been so impressed with the changes this store has been able to make! I feel like they really listened to everyone's complaints and got their staffing/schedueling on point. When I place my mobile order now, it is ready in 5-7 minutes as it should be and the staff are always sure to wish me a good day on pick up. Keep up the great work !

Wish I could give this place 0 stars. The employees don’t know how to their job right and are extremely rude if you are polite to them. I didn’t even get a drink that I paid for and it was expensive. Save your time don’t go to this location! They’re greedy and will never get your orders right and service is just god awful.

Here is my experience at this location with the staff. Didn't ask for my name, barrista literally gave me half cups of latte, asked for no foam, got a half a cub in both. Over all the impression a got is they really don't care for older people, but will offer a very different service to people in a similar age range. This location is close to house and I regularly visit on a weekly basis.

I would give zero stars but unfortunately it’s not possible. I asked for lemon loaf in the plastic they said that’s breaking the rules when every other Starbucks does this for me worst rudest staff ever. Do not recommend even tho I live three blocks away.

Store is dirty, junkies getting high and showering in the washrooms. They don't know how to make coffee. I always have to ask for sugar and cream packs on the side. Coffee is cold. Bad place to go.

Recently, the mobile ordering is turned off all day, every day. The location was usually busy and on the slow side compared to other busy locations, but at least you could order ahead on the way to work etc. Will have to find a new location that does mobile ordering.

This place is outstanding and staff is very quick. I have ordered online through uber eats. I got my order very quick within 10 minutes. I ordered grilled cheese and chai tea. Both of them tastes great. I highly recommend this place.

The exact experience you would expect from a Starbucks. It's good coffee at a premium price. I would note that this specific location is often very busy so there are times where no seats are available to sit in both inside and outside.I do not recommend their Bacon, Sausage and Egg wrap. They skim out on the meat a lot. Doesn’t taste amazing.

Among all of the Starbucks in Ottawa, this is one of them. It has one of the largest seating areas of the east-Ottawa coffee places, and a huge parking lot, both of which make it an ideal meeting spot. Most seats are next to/within view of the large windows along one side, there is always lots of natural light.
