Montana woodworks knows how to correctly do business. I just can't see the other negative reviews. There must have been shipping issues beyond control of Montana Woodworks. My Glacier office set was expensive, but solid beautiful wood. Always received great compliments. But my seat pad and armrest material did start to peel away over time. I contacted Montana Woodworks and got a live person on the phone immediately. After brief correspondence with photos sent, a new set was shipped to me all the way across the country immediately. I am throughly impressed with Montana Woodworks and will use them again when it's time to expand my outdoor room.

We bought a Monta woodwork daybed with pop up trundle through Amazon. I love the bed I chose. I called the store to ask about the directions to assemble and I was treated kindly. The directions were easy. I will admit that we have not tried it yet because we want to wait and get a real mattress instead of one in a box. The bed looks great. I LOVE that it was in America and I do believe the pop up trundle will work once I get the mattresses. Thank you to the workers for a great product.

Beautiful, but don't order through Amazon! Order directly through Montana Woodworks.The problem is the carrier. Amazon uses terrible logistics companies, especially the last leg company. The people who delivered our bed were the worstThey were total lazy clowns and our bed was damaged. Amazon later told us we can refuse anything after we inspect it, so if you do order from Amazon, make the lazy dogs wait while you inspect it. If it's damaged, you can have them send it back to Amazon right there. They also kept changing our guaranteed delivery date to try to deliver earlier. We're truck drivers, and we weren't home to receive it, so it kept getting knocked around on the truck for no reason. We talked to numerous people at the delivery company about the situation and they still kept messing it up.I emailed Montana woodworks, and account manager, Derrick sent me a few new pieces. They were all packaged much better and in perfect shape. It was transported by Old Dominion, which is a much better trucking company. It made me wonder if they have the freight companies do the packing. I would buy again, but I would deal directly with the company. The gentleman I talked to was very nice and helped me coordinate everything, and it all worked out perfectly. The bed is really beautiful, and despite the stress with Amazon, I have no regrets. It's perfect in my house.The piece itself is very solid. They use high quality hardware in the drawers so that the drawers don't just sit in the holes. They slide out nicely. Don't be afraid to purchase, just eliminate the headaches and buy directly.

We ordered a beautiful rustic end table from this company through Houzz. It was sent directly from this business. It arrived after a couple of weeks in a regular cardboard box with absolutely NO packing material; no styrofoam, no bubble wrap, no higher-density cardboard. Nothing. Since it was shipped via FedEx all the way from Montana to S.C. in this manner, unsurprisingly, it arrived badly damaged and unusable. Houzz was great in refunding our money immediately, which we opted for rather than a replacement. We couldn’t see a different outcome if this is how Montana Woodworks routinely ships their products. Very disappointing and so easily avoidable if they would just pack products properly.

We have many pieces of furniture and are very pleased. Great craftsmanship and wonderful people!

Second time I purchased a product from this company through Amazon only to be dismayed again that the item arrives damaged and appears as though it was never put together. I called Montana Woodworks and they assured me that it must be the carrier but, since I have received other items from this company, I know they do not include any shipping packaging and just throw the raw product into a cheaply made cardboard box. I think Montana Woodworks should own up to its share of blame for damaged goods. Good luck if you buy and are waiting for delivery. Personally I am tired of waiting for arrival, unpacking, packing and returning.

We bought a pair of bar stool swivel captain chairs to match our dining room table. We love them. Donna helped me with the online catalog to pick out two that would match. She is an outstanding person to do business with! And the chairs are just beautiful! I would definitely do business and buy again in the future with Montana woodworks.
