I've had nothing but issues since renting with these guys, had to do all the apartment repairs myself, it wasn't clean when I moved in, and the property manager essentially doesn't exist as he never gets back to you ever. Just last week he sent someone to clean out our apartment stating it had been abandoned" ??? I very much in fact still live here actually. Finding somewhere to live in Victoria is hard enough

I wouldn't even give it a star if I didn't have to. It will take FOREVER to get a single problem solved. We have to call management every other day as they forget the situation otherwise. Very unorganized company that should be avoided.
