Pioneer Family Pools and Spas
I’m beyond frustrated and annoyed with my experience! I chose Pioneer Pools to customize my patio cushions 7 weeks ago. They told me they would be ready in 3 weeks which is why we chose this company. We had 2 parties we were hosting and needed the cushions for the parties. Both parties went by and we finally got our cushions 7 weeks later with no cushions on our patio chairs. I called numerous times with updates and was told my phone inquiry would be returned. This never happened. I called numerous times with questions. They took photos of my old cushions that I wanted duplicated to ensure they were the same. They called a few weeks in to ask if I wanted ties on my cushions to which I responded “no”. They came with ties. They asked if I wanted extra fabric between each cushion to which I responded, I wanted them like my original cushions you took photos of. I picked up my cushions one month past the date they said they would be done. They had ties on each cushion and they don’t sit flat. This cost $3500. What a ridiculous joke! I’m waiting to see how they will deal with this as they said they would call me when they figure it out. I asked them if it would take 7 weeks again to redo the job and receive no updates after numerous calls. So disappointed with this product!!!!! This is completely unacceptable!

The experience from “Tub” (top) to Bottom has been amazing. From the Sales to Install - everything has been fantastic. A special thank you to Brett in the Sales department who was helpful from the minute we walked in the door till we fired the unit up. Brett was patient with our questions and very helpful along the way. Brett played a major role in the process and we are forever thankful. The delivery headed up by Jay and Marc was incredibly coordinated and super professional. You could tell these guys have been doing this for a long time. Lots of experience and landed the massive 8 person tub spot on where we wanted it without issue. I cannot imagine any other company trying to deliver and land a tub of this size. Thank you to the entire Pioneer Family Pools & Spa’s for what we hope will be years of great memories for our family. Thank you.

Pioneer Family Pools and Spas
I reached out to Pioneer Family Pools in Burlington last September for a new pool liner. I paid a deposit of $100 for the measurement. They did not show up as scheduled, but did enter my back yard without permission in order to measure the pool. They did not measure the pool as there was water behind the liner and told me they would return in the Spring. They never called, so I went in to find out what was going on in May this year. They (Meg) asked me to take pictures, which I did, and sent them to her. Meg then instructed me to drain the pool and remove the liner myself, so they can measure. I had no problem with draining the water. However, in order for Pioneer to replace the liner, they would have had to remove it. Meg said since they had already came to measure the pool, they refused to come a second time unless I paid them $165. I escalated the concern, but the manager (Adam) was more concerned with defending Meg than resolving my concerns. There is more to it, but this provides the details. For a $5,000 order, you think you would receive better service. Even copied the owner (Corey) who never responded.

I've had some issues with a swim spa and staff have been very helpful with following through with warranty. Maundouh serviced the pool today and he was excellent. Very thorough. Made sure everything was done right.

If considering buying a pool, you absolutely must speak with Jeremy in new pool sales. He is an incredible person that goes way above and beyond in every aspect of his role. From our first meeting and throughout the entire process he answered a plethora of questions I had as it was my first time purchasing a new in-ground pool. He designed exactly what I envisioned, he walked me through all the permit processes (there were many in my scenario) he expedited everything he had control of and advocated for me when needed. Communication is key and he is always accessible. He is not only great at what he does, he is a class act and surpasses expectation. When there was a misunderstanding in a different department, he personally took care of it and surprised me with outstanding customer service. Pioneer Pools Burlington should be very proud to have him working for them and being a face of the company. I will refer people to him whenever I can, and if you're reading this because you're buying a pool, look no further. Call Pioneer Pools Burlington and ask for Jeremy.All other aspects of the pool build were fantastic too. Ryan that lead the team building the actual pool did an incredible job, answered my questions, measured and remeasured to ensure everything was perfect and his meticulous work paid off. The pool is now in and it is absolutely perfect.Thanks to all for creating our dream pool that will provide years of fun and entertainment.Easily a 5-star experience!

We are totally frustrated and unimpressed with the service for our hot tub. Previous service manager neglected to order parts. New service manager said they were ordered. It’s a nozzle. We have been fighting leaking and spent $3000 on two new pumps and now this leak. The service manager has said they are waiting for parts. No explaination of what they are doing. She is now ignoring our emails and calls. Disgusting. It has been since March!

For us, it was all about personal, friendly service. And that's what we enjoyed at Pioneer Pools in Burlington. We knew the hot tub product - Hot Springs - was reliable from research, reviews and from the fact that Pioneer sold them. But helping us select a model, accommodating a wet test, welcoming pictures of our set-up location to facilitate delivery and follow-up in-service on getting started and maintaining our hot tub... All this was done in a timely fashion, with expertise, patience and a smile. There was never any pressure. Our sales person, Bill, was a joy to deal with. He made himself available anytime if we had a question, even outside of his regular working hours and while he was on vacation. That's commitment to customer satisfaction; and we were - and are - most assuredly satisfied. Pioneer Pools gets top marks! Highly recommended to anyone interested in the leisure of a hot tub!

Sale of the hot tub was quick, arranging delivery and service was a hassle. Now trying to get a warranty repair done is impossible. No follow up what so ever. I've been waiting 4 months for a part they say they're waiting to come in, yet when I spoke to the hot tub manufacturer it is in stock.If your'e looking for good service go somewhere else.
