i got a haircut there today and it was with a junior stylist and she was okay. just took a really long time with my haircut and got frustrated with me when i asked her to fix it and we ended up going on for about an hour and she got increasingly annoyed with me and eventually i decided to just accept the bad haircut. which would be fine if it was at a discounted rate for a junior stylist but i still paid 37 dollars. kind of disappointed

Had a booking with Brittany A. Showed up and got my hair cut by someone else. They don’t show up when booking. Not sure if they are even a hairdresser. Got the worst haircut of my entire life. Looks like it was cut by a child. Have layers on one side and not the other. And some pieces are way longer than others. It makes me so sad to look at. Will have to wait until it grows out a bit to get fixed someplace else.

I’ve never felt so welcomed at a Chatters before!! This location is the best in Regina by far!! The staff were so helpful and knew the products inside and out. The hair dressers were amazing and took time to understand your needs/wants for your hair. Definitely no complaints here!!

I went in for a haircut and perm and started out they didn’t even get my appointment booked in right and then during the haircut the girl ripped out my cartilage earring (may I add that it’s a hoop style earring that clasps by putting it inside the earring which anyone would know that those just don’t come out easily.) After my earring had flew across the floor, the stylist proceeded to ask me if that happens often… like seriously??? I wish I could give this place zero stars. All together unprofessional and rude!
