Agua Canada Laval : Plomberie fine

Prompt, friendly service. Incredibly happy with the 8 fixtures I purchased for our new build. Quality, function and design is all here at a reasonable price point. Impressed that shower heads and hand showers are metal, not plastic.

Agua's warranty is a scam.I purchased a faucet through Agua and it seemed nice at first. Fast forward 4 months and the black finish started flaking off. I contacted Agua for a replacement as the website states there is a 5 year warranty on the finish. They told me their faucets can't get wet or the finish may be damaged. Not only did it not say that anywhere in the care instructions...but their faucets are damaged by water?After they refused to discuss the issue over email, I brought up my concerns to the better business bureau (The correspondence can be found online for anyone interested). They refused to discuss my concerns and instead tried to insult my cleanliness .Agua Canada should be ashamed.**Edit: I did receive a replacement faucet after this interaction.

I bought a soap dispenser from aqua Canada very good looking and seemed well built until the soap started coming out of where the spout entered the body I contacted them and after a couple emails they reluctantly sent me another now it’s doing the exact same thing very disappointed now I’m shopping for another one it won’t be Aqua. I have an update since my review Aqua has offered me a full refund if i take down my review, I am not saying Aqua products are no good but i am saying if you have the same problem with 2 of the same products then they have a problem with the manufacturing of the soap dispenser and every one will have the same problem. I find it kind of insulting to offer to buy my honest review isn't this what reviews are for so you can make a decision on what other people think of a product.

I was in contact with Agua with regards to a defect in a new toilet. Although the outcome was not my preference, they had a quick response rate and were respectful to my situation in their correspondence. The toilet is sleek and a great fit for our decor. I would suggest if purchasing in advance of the project to unbox right away and look over the item with good lighting.

These are beautiful items, for my husband's black and gold bathroom. Great quality easy to put up, very user friendly website. Well packaged and quickly received. Would love to add a few pictures but this site will not allow it, suffice it to say we get lots of compliments.

Excellent customer service. I had a problem with my faucet 1 year after purchase and I was sent replacement parts and was updated during the entire process. I would highly recommend.
