Couldn't be happier with the service! I lost my car on the side of a highway to a car fire. I'm a car enthusiast so needless to say I've spent well over $20,000 on my Mazdaspeed3. Because the car was at over 200kkm and all my reciepts were over a year old, my insurance company was trying to pay me 7k.. After some back and forth they raised it to 8k. I thought there was no way I could get anymore and if I did it would cost me an arm and a leg. I read that in cases of disagreement in Canada, you can hire your own appraiser to submit an appraisal to insurance. Upon looking I came across Instant Car Appraisal. I got hooked up with Tony and explained my situation. He assured me he would fight for my cars true worth and he gave me a more than suitable appraisal to give to insurance. They reviewed it and accepted his appraisal and paid me out for over 17k. I couldn't have hoped for a better outcome! TONY IS THE MAN!!!

There is a reason Tony has all 5 star reviews. My insurance gave me a wrong number my mistake. I reached out to Tony after hours he reached out to me right away, explained my options and started working on my claim. Next day insurance corrected their initial offer and tony guided me with their offer and didn't even charge me anything since their revised offer was good and he didnt have to reach out to them even though i was willing to pay.

I cant thank Tony enough for everything he has done for me. He responded fast to me and did my car appraisal quickly. My insurance company however took forever to reply. I was initially offered a really low value for my vehicle after a write off, Tony was honest and told me a reasonable fair price we can try going for. We ended up trying to go higher for my vehicle and I got a very close value to it which was almost double than i was offered by my insurance company at the beginning. I will definitely recommend Tony and use him for my future appraisals. I still cannot believe this as it happened today!
