I was interested in a luggage bag that had slight scuffs, and Catline reassured me with confidence and care. She marked the item as 'as-is' to acknowledge the markings and assured me that should I need to return it, it would be accepted without a fuss. Her professionalism, warmth, and willingness to assist stood out significantly and added so much to my overall shopping experience.In a world where customer service can make or break a shopping experience, Winners truly lives up to its name. The manager is consistently rude. A friend was just trying to return something and the manager acted like she did something wrong. I walked to the exit as the baby got restless and as the manager walked by me she was huffing and puffing and rolled her eyes.My friend told me she avoids the store as that lady makes her feel like trash (my friend is nothing but kind).Personally I believe if you can't be kind and if you look like you have that sort of attitude, I'm sorry, but don't get a job where you deal with people.

Great store staff is helpfull and pro active. Selections isnt that great what you usually in US Marshall. Well its Courtenay Vancouver Island you can expect much apart from beautifull valley and weather. Keep yourself tune to the store weekly for some nice selection of your choice. Good luck

Pretty much what you expect out of a winners. You'll be hard pressed to find any article of clothing above 60$ with many if not most being 35$ or less

Always a great place to find descent clothing for cheap u can get good deals

Awesome and super helpful staff. The place is still open even under renovations. This is a must to shop in the valley.
