Flaky, and sketchy work. John promised to call back or show up 5 times (to my partner or myself) before a crew of 2 came for 9 minutes to fluff our fireplace and clean the chimney from the bottom when we needed cleaning from the top (they never did). Photos are *after* the Collingwood Energy visit including blocked pipe we found today when a competent chimney cleaner came.Follow up calls to John x 3 for a re-visit just give endless empty promises or voicemail. Avoid at all costs.
