Helped me kindly and step by step towards opening my accounts, getting my credit card and other related stuff done so quick but also with high precision. Absolutely happy to being her client and totally recommend her.

Worst customer service ever please avoid this branch!! Took me 20 minutes to take out cash from my account because they had to see the source where the money is coming from and minding you my cheque was cleared last week and its a business account. They see someone young with a lot of money and they will give you the hardest time of your life

Very lazy staff, uneducated, unmotivated. Avoid this branch, every time I came here I had to go to another branch to finish my job. Very poor customer service and very rude, specially Tina, Matin. She just don't want to do the job, she bring all the excuses not to do the job.

WORST customer service from a banking staff I have ever experienced. Particularly the front teller staff. I could not help but feel like they treated me the way they did based off my race and skin color - I refuse to believe that this is the case but based on the other reviews I am seeing here now, it seems I am not the only one. On top of all the trouble they were giving me - one of the tellers had the audacity to laugh at my situation. My situation being that my signature did not match the signature on file - which I had originally signed online using a computer. OF COURSE ITS NOT GOING TO LOOK THE SAME. The incompetence this front teller staff possesses is an absolute tragedy.

State of the art facility with inexperienced staff who have very minimal knowledge of what they are doing. Coming up with different rules every time just to avoid dealing with your transaction. When tellers have issues and ask supervisors for help or advice, they find every excuse to transfer you to another supervisor. Doing most of the banking at another bank I can really feel the difference in service I receive, and appreciate the time other financial institutions invest in training their employees. Please do yourself a favour and avoid this branch. Better yet, close the branch and use the space for something useful.

I was there July 22 and I had an appointment with Ms. Haniyeh Manafi.She is so polite, helpful and friendly. I am 100% sure that I will choose this branch again because of her manner.

Very rude staff. I dropped in at 11:50 for my 12pm appointment and I checked in at the front. The advisor completely ignored me and took in another client who had dropped in. I had to wait until 12:30 to even be acknowledged, and even then she was making it seem like it was my fault? And I was irrationally upset? The advisor was Lila R. Why bother booking appointment if you are going to ignore it? I wasted 40 minutes of my day just being ignored. No one at the branch even offered anything or checked up on me. If I didn’t complain, I would’ve had to wait even longer. Really poor customer service

Worst customer service ever! I literally visit the Oak Ridges Branch down the road (Unfortunately closed for a few days) they have amazing customer service and always accommodating. Hate to say but this 12280 Younge St Branch they choose by race and country to go above and beyond for who they want to help and not just your average RBC client. I’ve worked in the financial industry myself for 5+years I know exactly what can be done and what cannot be done.

I need to change my review from one star to five. Their custom service has improved largely. Two years ago, the branch was quiet, but the staff wasn’t trained enough to get things done properly. It was better to go to another busier branch. However, during a few recent visits, we had rather pleasant banking experiences. Staff was more friendly and helpful. Another thing to mention: the newest ATM machine was amazing! It was quick and envelope-free. For customers who bad experience at this branch, I recommend you to give it another try.
