Best boot fitting/boot work experience I have ever had! Skookum employee Colin helped me repair and fix my very beaten up boots and liners, allowing me to finish out the season and go into next with my well-loved boots. I got to the store at 4pm on a Saturday, and Colin was able to help me out and make the repairs before closing at 6pm that day, and all for a very reasonable price. I normally don't write reviews, but I was so stoked on the service that I felt I should share. 10/10, thanks Colin

Skookum listens to their customers!My husband and I each bought Intuition liners for our existing touring ski boots. We told them what kind of fit we are looking for (comfortable, fit like slippers, more room for the toes). After the first tour, we came back one more time to address minor adjustments. We've had 5 tours on the Intuition liners so far, and we are happy with the fit. Thank you to the wonderful staff at Skookum!They also have Thermic boot dryers, Thermic insole heat kit (Thermic batteries also sold as stand alone without the heating element), and good selection of gloves. Same day turnaround on ski wax and tune up.

Best ski and bike shop in BC. Epic service with exceptionally knowledgeable staff. They really know a lot about bikes, both road and MTB.

Out of my mind I broke a buckle on my ski boot on a 10 day ski road trip. My boots are old and not very common. Jeff @ Skookum hooked me up and helped come up with a repair that made it thru the rest of my trip. Great shop to buy new stuff and get stuff repaired!

Harry worked his magic with my boots and saved me money (and pain). Instead of doing a simple abracadabra bake of my liners he spent the time necessary to find all of the places necessary to wave his wand and spot treat my shells for villainous extra toes. Not content with that, he used some rememberall to trim out material from the boot board to make it more comfortable for my plantar fasciitis too - even after I had forgotten. The improvements were immediately obvious and even the spectating muggles in the chairs could see how great the fit was. In all seriousness, 5 stars, ten out of ten job. Thank you for helping me out, and I enthusiastically encourage any other sufferers to seek out his talents. I also apologize for this dorky review, I have only read one Harry Potter and seen about half of one movie but won't take back the praise - he's a WIZARD of bootfitting!I'd also add that the shop employs so many helpful people. I have never seen shop guys so eager to help walk ins, their attitude is really positive and you can't walk around for more than a bit without someone making sure you can find what you need or whether you've been helped. No attitude or people that can't be bothered here. Great shop.

I stopped in here while I was wondering around Revelstoke. The staff was great and we had some laughs while I wondered around the shop. This shop has a great selection of merchandise.

We had an issue with our ebikes and found out Skookum is a Giant Dealer. JF was the ‘Giant expert’ and he graciously took pity on us, since we were travelling through, and he was able to get our problem solved that morning! He was wonderful to deal with! What a great store!

Amazing experience all around, bought a 2022 Rocky Mountain Altitude today and they went above and beyond to make the experience seamless. I drove in from out of town and Harry met me way after hours so I could get the bike and keep heading west. Hooked me up with a ride wrap and had it ready for me when I arrived. Even stayed with me for 20 mins and calibrated the motor and shocks. Super knowledgeable and friendly. Sick bike, great guys.
