Dr. Blain is a big scammer who charged me for more than $1200 for my dog teeth cleaning.He did no X-ray and no blood test and he took out 9-11 teeth out of my dogs mouth without having X-ray, can you believe it?more infection after surgery and visit him few weeks after and payed another $200 he refused to confirm infection so we end up other vet who said this a super obvious infection.after follow up they never able to find my dogs file and they have no history what they did apparently.I have all the copy and papers from the surgery.No clinic or Dr allows to do teeth cleaning before X-ray as they mentioned to me it is part of the process, I got charged for the service they never did.The problem is the infected teeth and gum after surgery and reject medical assistance.The person who pick up phone is always aggressive and yelling not helpingLegal complaint has been placed.

NEVER GOING BACK !!! ....LUCKY THEY EVEN GET ONE STAR.HERE THEY TELL ME THAT THEY ARE VERY BUSY AND WHEN I TALK ON THE PHONE , THERE IS LOTS OF DISTURBANCE AND INTERRUPTIONS WHILE THE RECEPTION IS TALKING TO OTHER PEOPLE AT THE SAME TIME.. ....SOMEONE ELSE PICKED UP THE CALL AND TOLD ME THAT THEY ARE VERY BUSY .....I ANSWERED BACK SAYING, ITS NOT THE CUSTOMER WHO HAS TO DEAL WITH THIS , AND MAKING US FEEL GUILTY ONES ,......STOP TAKING TOO MANY APPOINTMENTS AT THE SAME TIME , ONLY HANDLE WHAT YOU CAN SO THEREFOR ....NO MORE STRESS q!!!!!!

These guys are GREAT!! (I have to admit though - the younger Vet - not so much... he pushed me to think I needed to wait in fixing my little guy - because he said teeth might need work too - do at same time) the more senior agreed it should be done asap - given the aggression and age. ) I have already referded a few mates and will continue to do so!! Service was good! The vet was not.trying to sell a bunch of useless things. Going back next month for vaccination

Took an emergency appointment for my cat as she had an infection around her eye!They make sure to tell me it’s 175$ for emergency appointment! Ok, I don’t want my cat in pain.They tell me to call once in parking lot, to then be told that they had to triage the emergencies, no one was there but ya! Almost 30 minutes later, they tell me they will observe her until she can see vet 3 HOURS LATER, we’re still alone there! Terrible reception, terrible customer service, will never go there again! Receptionist had the audacity to laugh at me when I said my cat was coming home with me that night!! Do not go there, they make you pay but give no service!

Great vet clinic without appointment. Dr. Blain is an amazing vet who cares about his patients a great deal.

I have been going here for years with cats and a dog. Just recently had my dog in for surgery. They took really good care of him and made follow-up calls to ensure that he was doing well at home. Thank You!

Dr Blain and his team were really quick to help with a bacterial infection of my litter! Amazing staff! Always smiling!

Worst customer service (on the phone ever)...As a business owner myself and a potential new client, your receptionist is killing your business and reputation...Called few minutes ago to book an appointment (check-up) for my new Abyssinian Kitten I'm picking up on wednesday! (from breeder)Women on phone was rude, not professional, too familiar... talked in a disgraceful way ... put me on HOLD then told me to call back on Wednesday to take an appointment once I picked up my kitten.Asked her why I should call back, when I have you already on the phone... told me: '' That Are you sure you gonna pick up your cat wednesday?!''Like seriously... why would I be wasting my time calling you if I wasn't not sure(BTW: reason why I need to book an appointment asap is because I have a 10 day notice on my Abyssinian breeding contract to checkup the kitten by a vet otherwise I will lose the Life time warranty on FIV and FELV)Anyway just wants Dr. Pierre-André Blain & Dr. Mokdad Rouabah to be aware of that and be careful on who they're putting as Receptionist for the business they spent 25 years building!
