The theatre is spacious and clean. The staff working the concessions are quick and friendly. It isn't cheap to go to the movies but there is free parking and the luxury seating is great.

Did the 3-sided theater. Great, plush reclining seats. Lots of room, cup holders. Prefer these seats way more than the landsdowne VIP" seatsThe concessions stand for some reason has always been the absolute slowest place in the world to get food. Especially considering all they are doing is grabbing a bag of popcorn and filling a drink from the soda fountain. Somehow that takes 10 minutes. If there is any more than 2 people in front of you in line

We attended a birthday party. Movie was good and the kids had fun it three of the kids said their pizza and chicken smelled funny and would not eat it at the party room. Still it was a great spot to see a movie.

We found this theatre very dirty. The escalator was out of order, as well as a bunch of stalls in the womens bathroom. Food concession wasn't great and was expensive. Popcorn was made fresh but was chewy. Theater seats were nice recliners though. Overall, not worth the $150 for a family of 4 to watch a movie there.

Love this theatre because they have the most comfortable seats. Bathrooms are always clean, concession stand is always moving the best it can. Sometimes i wish the a/c was a little stronger in the theatres but its always enjoyable either way.

liked the comfy seats but the arcade was a huge waste of money! we paid for a certain package and found out later we weren’t even given that package (I can understand confusion or it being a mistake as that happens but he wouldn’t even help us afterwards)AND the ticket machines don’t actually work as well! I have a few pictures of the ticket amounts that I got from the machine and then the guy with kinda red hair and beard with glasses at the ticket booth told us we only have 900 points. not impressed at all, don’t waste your money. asked for customer service number and was told they’re busy.

Good theatre but does not make to much sense to close the kitchen when movies are still going on in VIP. Arrived for our 10:15 movie which was 3hrs. Could not get popcorn, drinks or food because they close the concessions at that time.

I absolutely loved the experience and atmosphere of this place. I normally go to Landmark, but this was a nice change. The medium popcorn was huge, I think bigger than the landmark ones.The arcade is ok, because it is a bit underwhelming with a little amount of games and some that are broken. I did go on a Sunday so maybe it was just a down time.

The theater is getting old and nasty.... It definitely needs a refresh. I much prefer Landmark even though it is a bit farther out. Also that surcharge for online booking is absolute garbage. As Bill Burr would say so all of a sudden I am a Cineplex employee and you want me to pay you to be one? Are you out of your mind?""

Among the mainstream movie theatres in Ottawa, this is the one I like to go to the most. As a father of three young kids, I find that this cinema consistently has a good selection of family-friendly movies, while the reclining seats are very comfortable. The concession stands and arcade are also very good. Definitely plan to come back.
