Let me be the first to review this branch since my brother and I always here. Aside from their tiny parking at the back of the building we hadn't had a bad experience here so far.

Worst customer service.Had to submit a credit card application through the employee Travis. It took almost one month to figure out they never submitted an application under my name. Glad I'm not a scotia customer anymore.Pathetic!!

This bank is extremely slow. I’ve only been here twice to get cash out of the back machine. Both times the machines had no cash and I had to wait in a long line for over 30 min just to withdraw money. Terrible customer service!

I just left the branch where a very NOT customer service oriented lady told me that no I can't add any emails to my online banking. I asked again but she was oh so sure. Someone let her know you can add up to 5 and it's called auto deposit. The gentleman from your head office said so and took the time to show me how to do it too.

Worst branch ever.The employees inside don’t care about their valued customer.Early in the morning We visited them and The system was down from morning and even it got back at 3 and We again went there and reached at 3:55 the closing time was 4 they didn’t allow us to go and they were closing early having talk in-front of you but they don’t allow us to let in.We waited from Monday to Friday to finish bank work on Saturday but still have to wait another week. They don’t understand value of time. Highly recommend change branch or even better change bank!!

Worst experience with this branch.Booked an appointment with Travis, but he was not there. Me and my wife took a day off from work for this appointment.The employees don’t value customer’s time.They told us to book another appointment on different day.Zero star for this branch

The manager at Scotiabank at this branch are just AWESOME! She and her staff really help and take care of their clients. They acted fast in protecting my card when it got stolen and she even called the next day to follow up how I was doing. Thank you Scotiabank!

No privacy whatsoever.. I hate this location! The old guy by the door is weird, everyone walks around like they’re busy but they’re obviously not, there is no privacy. Everything is done in the open in front of everyone on those huge white disgusting tables… I hate this location and try to avoid it all cost
