Tooks weeks to get the proper documents from them to verify. They said they sent them to me when they clearly did not. Finally got the invoice for paying them a deposit today after reminding them 3x to send it. When they finally did get around to sending it, I got a higher invoice amount that what we had discussed and agreed to. Don’t feel taken care of. Don’t trust their word either. Just decided to go with another company.

We had a single crack on our basement wall. We called during a particularly wet summer and waited a reasonable amount of time for an estimate. Blaine came and did our estimate at the scheduled time. He was wonderful! Extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Linda and Shelley in the office were great, super helpful and efficient. So much so when I called to book the work to be done they said that Jesse could be here in 20 minutes. He was and he made quick work of fixing the crack. He was awesome too! Two of our friends have also used this company and never have had any issues. Guaranteed for the life of the house, yes please. What a great experience.

Not going to lie, initially had some really horrible work done by one of their teams. Water was spewing from the side of the house. However, when I called they were VERY understanding and pleasant. They had someone come right away and take a look. The guy they sent was very smart and didn’t cut any corners. He went above and beyond to make it right.Although the first team needs some training, the receptionist (not sure if this is her actual title) and secondary guy they sent over were AMAZING

We contacted Wisecracks to reassess a crack repair that was completed 10+ years ago by the previous home owner. We were concerned because of some cracking in the repair (but no water leakage). I’m a condo owner who experienced a crack in the basement foundation. Once the Property Manager (who took over 5 months to initiate the contact, but that’s a different bad review for another company) contacted Wise Cracks for the repair, WC was very responsive. I spoke with Linda who was very helpful in explaining the process and understanding of my need to have this repair done quickly. A repair tech was on site within 5 days to assess the situation. He was very thorough, taking the time to patiently explain the options . The estimate was sent to the Property Management Company. Four days later, we had a heavy downpour causing water to leak into my basement. I called Linda at WC who promptly turned the issue over to Tamara who is very knowledgeable about leaks and cracks. She reassured me that everything would be taken care of promptly with minimal damage. We arranged for repair within 4 days . There was a complication at my end requiring me to go into emergency surgery but not knowing when. Tamara was so kind when she said that if surgery was the scheduled date, I just needed to call her and she would have someone come in 2 days later. This whole wretched experience was handled so professionally by your staff. I am eternally grateful. I would have given your firm a 10 star rating if I could.

Had a small leak when it rained heavy, got a quote and had them come and dig by hand in my garage due to restrictions, they 2 guys dug in 40'C heat and did a great job working in the heat. Once the digging part was complete they found 2 holes, hydraulic cemented them and tar/blue skin then delta wrapped the whole wall. They are hard working, found the issue and were pleasant employees that I could trust. I would recommend them as they are reputable and have warranty on their work!

There is nothing more frustrating than to wake up to water in the basement due to a crack in the foundation wall. Having an older home, the understanding that there will be things needed to be fixed is a given. From the professional service tech that came to the house to the office staff, Wise Cracks delivered. So thankful that the crack was fixed and that peace of mind was restored. Reasonable price and care for the home was very important too. Well done.

We had our porch resurfaced 2 years ago due to cracking in the concrete, we were told that the top surface would be all new and the cracks would be sealed in the lower part (cellar). The guys came and resurfaced the top but did not seal the cracks in the cold cellar ( I was told it wasn’t necessary). So a year later we had a leak again ( yes in the same spot) they sent someone back to seal the cracks from inside…which worked for less than a year, now we have a hairline crack again on the top surface (which I believe is from the pressure of the expanding sealer they used underneath). So they sent another guy out to have a look back in June or July, and I was told someone would get in touch with us to fix it…. Still waiting for it to be fixed. Sent an email last week, was told I would hear from them on Monday, that was 5 days ago!! Very POOR customer service!!

I have had 4 different foundation cracks fixed by wisecracks now. Every time it has been a great experience.
