Girl that works there was extremely rude and only gave us 5 minutes for photos because she said she had to close. Took maybe 3 pictures of my daughter. There's a black haired girl that works there that was very friendly when I had photos done for christmas. Book with her if you need them done not the red head. 5 stars to the company and the black haired girl but unfortunately when your manager is your problem you lose customers.

Had family photos done for christmas like I do every year. This year there was someone new there. Whenever I have gone in the past they pose us doing some beautiful shots and do all different variety (some of just my kids, me and my husband, etc.) This year though there was none of that. The photographer (cant remember her name but she has red hair) brought us into the camera room had us stand there and just started clicking the camera. There was no counting us down (every single shot someone wasnt looking because of this) and after the shots I had to repose my kids, or notice things like hair out of place or my husband keys sticking out of his pocket. This girl was extremely unprofessional and had zero care in her job which i have never seen in the trail location before. I asked to speak to the manager because i was so upset with the photos and she said that she was the manager and there was no one above her. I then asked for a phone number for complaints and she said that she was not allowed to give out that information but that she would pass on my complaint. I've talked to a few friends who have had the exact same experience with this girl and none of us will be returning. This girl just lost you 6 clients that were loyal customers for every occasion.

Had pictures done for myself and partner. Great pictures and made us comfortable while there. Neither of us had done this before. We will return for more.
